Did not check my bag all the way to my final destination Hanoi. Had to pick my bag and then wait until the next morning (there was a 12 hrs 30 min overlay) to check my bag. Regardless of wasting almost 2 hrs talking to different staff members got stuck with a bag and no hotel overnight....
