Very good service of the crew supervisor. Great attitude, smile, involvement, contact with passengers. Unfortunately the chairs of me and my wife were destroyed - in business class!

Decent quality if you take into consideration a price for the ticket. Unfortunately, Lot has a wierd policy of seat booking: you are always getting the most horrible seats without a chance to change it later on. The only solution here is to buy a seat beforehand.

Great airline my flight was on time on time and the cabin crew were nice to me and showed me where to go they gave out a free drink and snack to everybody and every seat had an universal plug to charge your devices. overall i had a great experience. although no WIFI.
