O sistema de climatizacao do aeroporto e pessimo, as pessoas ficam sufocadas de tanto calor.
Hoje tive uma experiencia muito desagradavel ao embarcar neste voo atraves do portao 227, terminal 2. Seu eu pudesse escolher, nao utilizaria a GRU Airport.
Precos cobrados nas lanchonetes sao muuuuito elevados.

Really mad because United Airlines international checkin opens only three hours before flight, and I would be there for six hours. If I had done the checkin when I arrived,I could've been at Mastercard lounge for more time.

Also, there was a lot of loitering inside the terminal area (landside).

El wifi es de pago solo tiene 1 hora de cortesia gratuita. el Check-in se debe hacer el self-check-in pero despues hay largas colas para despachar el equipaje y controlan la documentacion nuevamente (otra vez Check-in).

The airport lifts are ridiculous !!! I was travelling with my wife and my son, taking 2 baggage cars. The lifts are so SMALL and not fits 2 baggage cars + people. Not acceptable for an important, international, NEW and big airport as it is GRU

Today the electronic signs were not working outside the airport indicating the right gate for each site company.
Due to national holidays all the parts of the airport were crowded, but working properly.

Terminal 3 of Sao Paulo International Airport in Guarulhos (GRU) was built few years so it offers pretty modern installations matching the expectations of international travelers.
Usually you reach the airport by taxi or Uber as there is not a direct underground/metro connection available.
Comparing to the old Terminals 1 and 2, Terminal 3 is really great.

Terminal 3 of Sao Paulo International Airport in Guarulhos (GRU) was built few years so it offers pretty modern installations matching the expectations of international travelers.
Usually you reach the airport by taxi or Uber as there is not a direct underground/metro connection available.
Comparing to the old Terminals 1 and 2, Terminal 3 is really great.

Pretty much all stores and food places close at 12PM, so bad when your departure is later than that. Also, terminal 2 does not have the same good infrastructure as 3 offers, which means youay have trouble from simple stuff like charging your cell phone or finding a decent restroom to use.
Also, Copa doesn't offer kiosks for check-in, so you'd better do it in advance to avoid long lines at the counter.

WiFi was really good. It looks like they?re doing renovations apbecause some parts are very bright and modern and other parts are very dark.

The area with the gate was blocked off until well after the boarding time. I think it must be a convertible international/domestic area.

O Aeroporto de Guarulhos esta muito comfortavel, espacoso, com muitas opcoes de servico e muito bem indicado. O acesso ao terminais esta muito facil e nao ha nenhum problema de filas e congestionamento de passageiros no terminal. Parabpens para GRU Airport.

Dirigir-se a Cumbica e muito facil. No aeroporto, em especial no Terminal 2, os passageiros contam com uma infinidade de opcoes, que vao de livrarias a bares/lounges modernos e que oferecem diversas variedades. Ademais, ha muito espaco para os passageiros, sendo muito facil o deslocamento interno devido a excelente sinalizacao. Chama atencao o rigido e necessario sistema de seguranca.

Uno de los aeropuertos que mas me gusta, no es que sea muy muy moderno, es una pequena ciudad, ademas, aunque tiene ya anos y lo reforman de vez en cuando. Me gusta el hotel que tienen dentro por que no es caro, te ofrece la posibilidad de dormir en silencio, duchas, wifi etc, por una cantidad mederada y las horas que necesites contratar, algo que me gusta cuando tengo conexiones tan largas.

GRU airport has really good facilities.The food stores are pretty good and diversed.
I really recommend to go to GOL VIP lounge.
Wifi is restricted to 1 hour use for free.
Be careful in rush hours.Sao Paulo has a lot of traffic jam.
All Airport staff are really helpful , well -mannered and gentle in general.

GRU airport is really good for connecting flights.
The terminal has pretty good space and stores and service may vary.
Lounge is ok, but that depends the terminal you use for boarding.
Inmigration was almost empty and there was no one at customs.
Baggage deliver was fast.

Had a 8 hour layover. I had to go throught customs (firts time at GRU). Everything was ok, no lines. Git out at Terminal 1, killed some time and went to the new Terminal 3, looks like another airport!. Wifi is free but only for 1 hour.

I was misguided twice to the wrong terminal and lost my flight. At the end I had to go to another terminal to get a taxi voucher for the other airport across Sao Paulo.
Bad bad bad.
I put one star but I realy mean ZERO.

Even though 3 aircrafts are planned to arrive in the morning (4-6) only 1 passport booth was opened till 6:50. then it was ok and the queue quickened

Es imponente sorprende la magnitud del mismo, cuenta hasta con un hotel dentro para aquellos que quedan en transito. La sala de preembarque posee varios asientos de los mas comodos en que tuve la posibilidad de sentarme alguna vez. La unica contra que le pude encontrar es que algunos de los tomacorrientes no funcionaban y que el wifi es solo gratis durante una hora.

The international airport of Sao Paulo has improved greatly after the inauguration of Terminal 3 (far superior to the other two terminals). The passport control system is safe and modern which makes that not spend too much time in immigration control.

The new international departure Terminal (Terminal 3) is amazing, it's not finished yet, but is already well signalized and with astonishing VIP Rooms. There are a lot of self check-in not working, they need to improve that.

Esse aeroporto nao possui nem licensa ambiental, nem telefones para reclamacoes do ruido, nem pistas cruzadas para rodizios de ventos (e paz do cidadao).
E o tipico 'aeroporto tupiniquim'.
Um aeroporto com esse porte, pode-se dizer que so no Brasil pode ter tantos absurdos acobertados por leis que nao fazem valer nada, nao foram levadas em conta.
Os 'operadores' nao fizeram estudo nenhum antes de se apoderarem do nosso solo - que fica em outro municipio.
Uma verdadeira porta de lavagem de dinheiro.

Rapido e seguro, check in facil, facil locomocao, porem pelo tamanho do aeroporto poderia ter opcoes melhores para comidas e bebidas. O voo tambem saiu no horario, nao ficou claro onde era a alfandega e eu minha namorada tivemos que procurar, no retorno.

Nice new clean airport, very quick service from check-in to gate. All within 30 minutes including passport and security check. Almost no waiting. Lot of space so you do not feel like in a prison. Very expensive food services.

The new Terminal 3 of Guarulhos is completely different from the older terminals (1, 2 and 4), offering a comfort and space for the passenger on a similar level to the best European and North American airports. The Star Alliance VIP Lounge is fantastic, being modern and spacious.

Since new Terminal 3 was opened for football WC,it is completely different experience to travel through GRU. Although, do not plan for shopping on departure. There is not much to choose from. Security and passport control are quick and efficient.

We had to go by bus to the terminal, despite some fingers were free. I guess a full A321 with 174 passengers should have priority to use them, but the truth is that Guarulhos still is very crowded even with the opening of T3. For my surprise, bagage claim was fast, had to wait less than 10 minutes. when it used to take more than 30 minutes.

Terminal 3 at GRU is brand spanking new, sparkly, clean, efficient, very pleasant and smells nice. After my experience at GIG and POA, this was a modern terminal with all necessary facilities and efficient service.

Not a good situation on arrival, my flight arrived along with Lufthansa's 747 from FRA and in immigration there were just two booths opened for checking Brazilian passports and only ONE for foreigners. It became a real mess, and only after 20 minutes of almost inmobile queues more officers came, but it remained in a slow pace. Customs were not good as well.

I used Terminal 2, and although quite old, it's easy to navigate and find all the main facilities as ATM, check-in desks and restaurants. Stores are too small. Security screen and passport control were a breeze, i guess it got much calmer after Terminal 3 opening. Boarding area was also much more empty this time, there was at that time just 2 flghts of LAN and 1 of Delta, all the other companhies had already moves to T3. Wi-fi for free for 30 minutes in the boarding area. Boarding procedures easy.

Importante retraso en la salida desde Sao Paulo hacia Asuncion y la sala de espera abarrotada no disponia ni de sillas suficientes ni servicios minimos de cafeteria, con lo que la espera tras 2 avisos de salida fallidos se hizo aun mas larga y sobre todo incomoda

The new Terminal 3 is awesome, very modern and airside is complete with good stores and restaurants.
Much faster to pick up baggage too now.

Melhorou um pouco, mas as dificuldades com check-in ainda atrapalham e os precos sao exorbitantes. Recomendo o estacionamento no edificio garagem pois a interligacao com o terminal 3 facilitou as coisas.

Visitei o terminal novo e ainda faltam instalacoes de outras lojas, mas a esteira que ajuda a chegar mais rapido estava desligada. no mais a parte de alimentacao bem como qualquer coisa dentro do aeroporto eh bem caro e em GRU mais ainda. mas o aeroporto eh bem servido de lojas e restaurantes.

Como ya he viajado con Iberia y no me gusto nada, pues esta vez, para ir a Praga escogemos billetes ida y vuelta con las chech airlines ( CZA AIRLINES) y asi nos quitabamos de disgustos. A la ida - todo perfecto. Viajabamos con un Boeing no se cuantos, pero ibamos a gusto, las azafatas muy buenas, un servicio genial, con una comidita bastante aceptable, con bebidas, con todo incluido. Salimos casi a tiempo desde Madrid
