It was too hot in the terminal (~27 degrees). I was still in spring clothes and had to ran from 5X gate to X gate for the next flight.

At T1 it is really difficult to get to Gate 200+ there is some signs missing, and confusing for everyone. I talked wit my a lot people who couldn?t find the right way easily. But if you have it, it is good to go

The shit government made the airport only accessible with boarding pass. Friends Cannot even farewell.
Baggage waited half hour to collect.
Only the Toilet is better as every five steps have. Service is good. But the rubbish government ruined everything

Premium Plaza lounge at HKG was worth visiting. Otherwise the airline lounges Cathay Pacific are excellent.

The airport was clean and the passport control was fast and the security check is fast, But the baggage claim was really slow we waited for 50 min to get our luggage.

I completed the check-in and bag drop procedure in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Hong Kong Port. It is a much convenient way for passengers from Macau and China, so I can do the process much earlier than usual. As the Hong Kong protest activities was finished in Hong Kong Airport a few days before, the airport was not full of people. All the flights were not affected by the protest demonstration.

Always feel like home when depart from Hong Kong International: Highly efficient, smooth, great facilities. WIFI is great for any web surfing. Whatever the Plaza Premium Lounge or Cathay Lounge are just superb.

Last time I was at HK INTL was about 8 yrs ago... So basically you can say that this is my first time. Getting to the airport is a bit confusing, especially if you are coming from mainland China, and on a bus (which is generally the case). First, travel to the Chinese border in one bus, then get off, go through Chinese Immigration to leave China, then go through HK immigration to enter HK using your ticket (or HK Passport, or card, etc). Then you exit the Immigration building to find another bus, from the same company to take you to the airport, which takes about 40 mins. Then you have to go through HK's TSA then go through HK Immigration to leave HK. Fewww... Done. Otherwise, everything else was great. Did not use the lounge again, so can't give reviews/ratings on that.

Very convenient and well organised airport. Very easy to access by train, and the ferry from Macau straight into the terminal is extremely handy. Some very nice lounges, and despite its massive size, very easy to get around and know where you are.

At check in I was informed the incoming flight from Islamabad and Bangkok were delayed due to sick patient onboard. Departure gate was 17 and boarding call was made at 2350 hoping for a 0015 departure. After boarding this was further delayed to 0045 without explanation. I compainted to the station manager at check in and he promptly upgrade me to Economy Plus class situated in the upper deck of the B747 classic.

Check in is ok because they have counters for specific flights.
Immigration and security was fast
If you are at Gate 17,18,19 you are going to have a huge and extra long taxi (around 20/30 minutes) because gate 17,18,19 are on the opposite side of the airport.

Departures: Check-In is really efficient and quick. Immigration takes like 2 mins max. There are numerous food and other stores available. Wi-Fi is amazingly fast. Pretty much the best airport.
Arrivals: The immigration is so efficient that you will get to the baggage claim before the bags arrive. True story.

A great airport, spoilt by not enough (automaton) security and immigration staff which created huge queues - worse then LAX ten years ago! Get it fixed Hong Kong - you have great airport and city - this spoils it as it is a first impression.

Airport is just okay. Food choice is not very good.
And one annoying thing about this airport is that escalators are making very loud and irritating noise. Very difficult to take a nap beside.

I was only transit flying onto Shanghai with Dragonair, and rather strange arrangement now as you have to catch a shuttle bus out to a terminal set out from main airport, no lounge there and would take quite a while to get there if you use the lounge at main airport.

Getting to the airport can be a bit arduous but making use of the HAS bus system is probably your best bet. Other than that the airport has amazing wifi and food facilities

One thing I feel can really improve at HK airport is the overall demeanor of the customs staff. There isn't much communication between passengers and the staff assisting them to the customs officers and so most people who haven't filled out landing cards or whom don't speak excellent english seem to fall by the way side or get shouted at my impatient customs staff

It's nice arriving to a far gate and enjoying the spacious modern feel. This soon fades as you arrive at the hustle and bustle of the main terminus. Airport has aged well, facilities okay but could be better, always queues for anything good near gates. Some gate layouts are irrational and don't have enough seating and so chaos ensues for boarding depending on plane size and airline staff orchestration. Getting to the airport is easy via the train or bus. Security surprisingly quick and fast immigration via self scan terminals.

Nice clean airport, lounge was decent in size and quality. Wish Melbourne flight gate to be a little more in the center, always right at the edge (probably pre-flight additional security reasons)

Still the best airport in the world to 'lay over'. Lots to see and do plus masses of charging facilities for various devices, great wi-fi and even a selection of iMacs / tablets for keeping in contact . Huge array of shops and eating facilities

Transited through - best airport in the World to have to waste a few hours between flights. So many facilities available for charging devices, using their devices, huge variety of retail and food outlets. Quite difficult to get a proper cup of tea!

We arrived near midnight, the immigration queue took more than 1 hour with barely 5 officers working hundreds of people. Of course by the time we cleared it, the airport train stopped operating, luckily we did not buy tickets in advance. Be aware, there is no Grab in Hong Kong and Uber requires credit card payment (no cash) and good luck setting that up at the airport from your phone...

Always a pleasant to fly out from here. Connection between airport and city was great with it's large variety of choices. Facilities was mostly shops that was a bit too much. Security check was mostly a breeze thanks to e-channel. Air-side was very spotter-friendly with large transparent glasses that does not have weird colors.

It is just an Airport with 5star services, The immigration speed and all you need is there. I like this airport but compare to Changi Airport, this airport is a bit small but all the thing you need is inside side. Even a golf stadium and Cinema in T2. This Airport is my favorite. The speed of luggage are awesome. Restaurant are yummy although it is a bit expensive. I will try to travel to Hong Kong again because of this airport. Awesome!The Lounge are fanatic. Great place to transfer as the hub of CX and HX

Hong Kong airport is becoming terrible... I recall the time when you luggage was waiting for you after immigration. This is sadly not the case anymore and the luggage delivery is now close to 45 minutes.

Not the cleanest airport I've ever been to, but great architecture and simple enough layout. Access to the rest of Hong Kong is via a train that drops you off at one of the largest MTR stations.

Really nice airport. Very clean. Has flights going to almost everywhere in Asia. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Very large and open. Great design. Airport subway is very helpful - at the station in the city there is check-ins for certain airlines and they take your luggage to the airport, I think. Great WiFi - free.

This is probably the best quality airport in the world. It's not huge, once you enter airport first floor has everything you need, second floor has check-in's. And everything is quite near, not like in other airport when you have to run around to get to macdonalds, then 20minutes searching for your check-in kiosk. Wifi is great, Lounge is fantastic.

HK Health Service at the airport is on top of their job. If you are sick with a fever, you are bounded to get stopped and questioned right at the temperature checking station.

Loooooong way to walk (at least 10 minutes) from arrival gate to main transfer area. Lounge (and how is allowed to enter) was not indicated clearly, hence you end up at several lounges asking the ladies behind the counter. I've seen HKG performing better.

HKIA is as efficient as ever. Took 1 minute to clear immigration with the frequent traveller e-channel and my luggage (with priority tag) was already on the conveyor belt when I got there.
