Check in is ok because they have counters for specific flights.
Immigration and security was fast
If you are at Gate 17,18,19 you are going to have a huge and extra long taxi (around 20/30 minutes) because gate 17,18,19 are on the opposite side of the airport.

Very easy to find the correct way. It is not maze like CDG, FRA and other shitty airports.

One of The best airports I have ever been to. It is one of the most complete airports i have ever seen. It has ample restaurants and duty free shops to look. The custom officers are friendly and the procedure does not take much time. The view from the terminal to the ramp is just spellbound. It just has plain glass separating you and the terminal. Overall its a traveller's paradise

It is just an Airport with 5star services, The immigration speed and all you need is there. I like this airport but compare to Changi Airport, this airport is a bit small but all the thing you need is inside side. Even a golf stadium and Cinema in T2. This Airport is my favorite. The speed of luggage are awesome. Restaurant are yummy although it is a bit expensive. I will try to travel to Hong Kong again because of this airport. Awesome!The Lounge are fanatic. Great place to transfer as the hub of CX and HX

Very well designed airport. Beautiful views of the runways and surrounding mountains, easy to navigate and plenty of food, lounge and service options. Qantas Business lounge at airport is a great place to refresh before the trip home. Airport is a bit far from city, but the airport train and intown check in makes the journey to the airport much easier.

Transited through - best airport in the World to have to waste a few hours between flights. So many facilities available for charging devices, using their devices, huge variety of retail and food outlets. Quite difficult to get a proper cup of tea!

Really nice airport. Very clean. Has flights going to almost everywhere in Asia. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Very large and open. Great design. Airport subway is very helpful - at the station in the city there is check-ins for certain airlines and they take your luggage to the airport, I think. Great WiFi - free.

Love this airport as the airline I frequent is based here. Free wifi is fast and unlimited, while the seats and waiting areas are comfortable, both on the airside and landside. Lounge facilities are one of the best in the region, and an airport I would gladly layover in.

It's huge. It's fancy.

So check out your gate number. You might have to take a train to reach your gate. Which means add another 15 minutes.

Food options: It's a foodie's paradise. From pizzas to dim sums, everything is available.

Duty free: I felt it was a bit on the expensive side. Personally, I find duty free in India and Singapore cheaper.

WiFi: I was a bit disappointed with the WiFi connection. It kept getting disconnected. In some places, there was no WiFi at all.

HKG is a greate airport, no preboarding so it is possible for everyone to get close to the Windows for a greate look at the planes. The airport have a fresh and modern look an it is very easy to navigate around the airport and the airport is cleane.

Easy to get to (MTR, taxi (though it's quiet expensive). The Airport is easy to navigate and get from one terminal or its part to another.
Security checks and boarding is very quick and hassle free.
Good facilities inside each terminal, highspeed and free wifi is supplied everywhere.

This is the smoothest airport I have ever used. Courtesy bus to Kowloon Station, Check in at the station so didn't need to lug suitcase to the airport. No one else at the check in. Train quick, quiet and comfortable. Security check fast no queuing. Immigration about four people in queue opened another gate for me. Plenty of shopping and eating places. Excellent Grilled Salmon at Cafe Deco. Eat there it's lovely.

This is probably the best quality airport in the world. It's not huge, once you enter airport first floor has everything you need, second floor has check-in's. And everything is quite near, not like in other airport when you have to run around to get to macdonalds, then 20minutes searching for your check-in kiosk. Wifi is great, Lounge is fantastic.

Still my top favourite airport. I travel frequently through HKG, transiting to my destination. Great facility and above all, endless usage of wifi. Only the custom is the down side as it seems they never have enough manpower to open up more counters.

One of the best airports in the world. Efficient, well organised and very easy to get to. Security and immigration are friendly unlike in many other countries! Plaza Premium lounge is pretty decent though alcohol is not free. Wi-Fi throughout the airport.

Hong Kong is a very good airport, the check-in part went very easely and there was no delay. Security check was good and the terminals look like Dubai airport. There were enough facilities and there were very good restaurants

Hong Kong intl airport
The airport of HK is more than huge, with hundreds flights every day that make it one of the most busiest airport in the world. The arrival and the passport control were fast and simple, plus once inside the main hall you will get astonished by the huge space available and the quantity of people around. The airport has a train station with a train that stops right in the middle between the two terminals 1,2 (choose if exit right or left depending from the terminal) that makes the trip to the city center very easy, fast, comfortable. The departure and control passport were also fast, and pretty accurate, and so the security check. I think it's a very modern and high developed airport that makes easy every connection although there isn't the same warming feeling as in Singapore airport for example.
tip: The train costs 100 hkd one way.

HKIA is a perfect way to travel. For premium travellers, it's pity that they do not offer any premium way to cross the immigration. Unlike other 5-Star airport, they treat high-end traveler well. I personally love the lounges in Hong Kong especially the CX lounges, Namely, THE BRIDGE, THE WING, THE CABIN, THE PIER, G16. They are literally the best lounges I have ever visited in the world. Speaking specially, THE WING's First Class lounge is the best First Class lounge ever visited. The overall impression to this airport is HIGH.

HKG and PVG are my favorite airports so far. Very spacious, everything goes quick and smooth and toilets are shining clean. The only drawback are the restaurant prices which are pretty high (i.e. Ajisen Ramen).

A new, user-friendly airport with high efficiency. The facilities are sophisticated with many restaurants and clear instructions. The airport crew is experienced, and no queuing is needed at the immigration.

Very convenient and well organised airport. Very easy to access by train, and the ferry from Macau straight into the terminal is extremely handy. Some very nice lounges, and despite its massive size, very easy to get around and know where you are.

One of the best airport i have experienced. Every thing is available in the airport: if you have a long stopover you can have a ride to Ngong ping Cable car or even HK city as it s really well desserved. Nice staff, Wifi is perfect, really clean, immigration fast most of the time..
For such a big airport, it is really well done
