TSA here is horrible!!! 4pm in a Monday and only 1 xray machine open. One hour in line, plus TSA agent yelling at people. Horrible!!

Its a very nice airport, but i dont like how big it was. I got off my plane at concourse b, and it took me 13 minutes to walk to concourse E!

Every time I land in CLT it seems like there is a traffic jam on the taxi way, and there is a delay getting to the terminal. Inside the terminal, it is a flood of people. The airport seems over saturated with airplanes and passengers.

I have no idea why this place is still a hub. When I landed we had to walk around on the tarmac, now if I was coming from a small airport I wouldn't be complaining that much, but I was coming from Pittsburgh which is a fairly large airport. You had the choice of it being really hot or really cold. It seemed that every place closed at 9pm. When I tried to connect to the WiFi, so I could see if my flight to Daytona Beach was delayed, I could only connect to the WiFi on my phone for 45 min, the WiFi did not let my laptop connect.

A very easy airport for doing international connections. All of the terminals meet up in a central plaza, and the overall size of the airport is easy to manage.

Too far between flights always it seems. Leave time to far from one terminal to another especially if you're going to or from a United Express flight.

Aesthetically, CLT is everything I want a medium-sized airport to be. The main concourse is a large, open space. The massive windows all over the complex give the feel of even more space, and it's all modern and sleek. I wish I had had more time to explore, it's a truly beautiful airport.

Overall a great airport, and another one of my favorites. Security moves quickly here and you have a lot of options for food once you are through security. There is a Starbucks near the check in counters in case you are picking someone up, and need a little caffeine boost. There a ton of great bars if you have the time/interest.

The accents are lovely, the people are helpful, and it's super easy to get to and from the city centre (hello, speedy train). It's also the only airport where I saw a *LINE* of men waiting to get their shoes polished at the crack of dawn.

Charlotte's airport for the last 2 years has been terrible getting in an out. Whether you're picking up a passenger or departing. Though its construction related, they can do a better job logistically if they really cared. Be sure to plan for this.

A very pleasant airport in which to arrive with plenty of facilities, diversions and space to roam, important after or before transatlantic flights. It's hard to fault the facilities, although I've never been able to find a multi-faith room.
On occasion they have a pianist at the heart of the airport and you may lounge on one of the rocking chairs and relax, although the aroma of cinnamon wafting around the terminal may be distracting. Even the regular seats at the gates are comfortable. Definitely one of the best airports I have had the pleasure of visiting.

Nice airport, nice facilities, excellent WiFi. Bathroom attendants creepy. Greatly overcrowded and highly inefficient layout. Long walk from E terminal with regional carriers to mainline flights in B and C concourses. Compared to other US major airports, CLT falls short in layout, but is still highly efficient and still better than most. Customs and immigration one of the easiest due to little international traffic thru CLT.

Parking facilities are currently under construction, as well as most roads entering the airport. Pretty congested right now, but hoping things flow nicely once the construction is done and more parking available.

This airport was great. After being in the aircraft for a long flight, the moment I stepped into the boarding lounge of the Jet Blue terminal I felt right at home. It was easy to navigate, and very nice inside too.
