Extremely bad security check (queues are really long there, so you have to wait about 30-40 minutes to get the gates area. You always have to come two hours before your departure. Typical Italian

For low cost airlines airport, but connection with Venice is rather easy and not expensive.

Always a long line with passengers barely travelling all metal things on them even 1,5 liter bottles in their carry on. Also the traffic is pulsing sometimes there are no people around the airport, other times 5-6 flights arrive/depart the same time.
