This really is one of the best airports in Europe (#3 in 2017)
You can?t miss anything there. Decent WiFi, easy to access, small and really cozy.

Very rude security check people, there's a no pictures sign near the security area on the entrance side which couldn't be seen because of the very long security queue. After taking a picture, a female security person yelled no pictures in Estonian in what I'd describe as a Soviet era tone to remind you that you're in ex-USSR.
With the exception of departure security, a good airport.

The Tallinn airport is very small, tidy, with everything you need for a short - medium flight. It has a good waiting area, fast security checks and for eu flights arrivals it's limited to a fast sight of the docs without any queue.
It's located only 4 kms from the city center, making it extremely easy and fast to be reached (about 15 mins) with bus or taxi.

I had a bad experience with the security check. I had forgotten to throw my water bottle previously, so the man started shouting at me in Russian (he just concluded that I'm Russian when I'm not) and when I said What? Please speak English he started mocking me for saying what. Awful experience. The airport otherwise is okay.

Small but nice airport. Easy to reach by public transportation from the old town. The airport was really empty, although there was some line in the security check.

Best airport ever when you arrive! Calm, quiet, homemade! Interesting design for every gate. Comfortable chairs, fast internet, free equipment. I stayed there for 2 hours just because i like this place. Great!

Small, clean and cozy. The interior design is so not typical for an airport. Estonia starts from the very first step you make in the terminal. The shopping and eating areas are so nice and thoughtfully planned

Nordea Lounge didnt have any food that was even close to be Edible...... Good free WiFi on the whole airport..

Great communication with taxi to airport, close to city center only 10 min with taxi.

Closest free parking to the airport is ~10 minutes walk. Connectivity is good, nice and homey terminal. Security checks may take a while when families travel, but usually it goes fast through them.
Too bad they force you to go through tax-free shopping area. For me it is not so pleasant because all of the perfumes bring allergic reaction so I try to rush through it as fast as possible. WiFi works nicely.

I've traveled many time to and from Tallinn, not the best airport, but good enough to accomodate basic needs. This time when flying to Frankfurt Lufthansa managed to park their plane right in the gate and not having any trouble by bus.

Medium size Airport with most flights via gateway. Que to Security can some time be long, more then 10 min. New system with digital Reading of boarding cards is recently installed. Taxi free shops with strong focus on Estonian produced products. Restaurant on both inside and outside of security. Low price Taxi 6-7 Euri to Tallinn City.
Bus available from bootom floor, same exit as for rental cars, to City center

Now this airport is so home-like that you can't believe it. The lounges offer couches too. There are TVs around the airport, you can Skype call someone for free, the shops aren't that expensive, the staff is friendly...
There is also free wifi all around the airport and it works very well.
Overally, you could stay here for quite a while

Small, convenient, close to the centre of Tallin ( Bus nr 2 take You there in about 15 minutes from Viru Centre). Cosy atmosfere inside the departure zone with comfortable seatings. Really nice, efficient airport.

Small but very nice airport. Very easy and fast to get to the city and back to airport. Bus about 1,60? to the city centre - Taxi from old town to airport ca. 15?. Easy to check in - counter and self-checkin possible, fast security check, no long ways to the gates. Very modern terminal building and nice seats in front of the gates to chill out until boarding. All in all excellent, TLL! :)

It's a small but very efficient airport. Transport is very cheap with regular buses which are scheduled quite frequent. There are not too many check in counters, so it's easy to find your way. I never had to wait in security, it seems pretty efficient and decent. The look and feel of this airport are quite Scandinavian. What I like most about this place is the 'homely' feeling they tried to give to the waiting lounges. Good seats, leather sofas, decoration with museum pieces, some tv channels are on and even fun extras like a business card exchange wall can be found here. There are enough places to eat, drink and shop. All in all, it is quite an enjoyable airport.

love it, 'size doesn't matter' comes true here. very practical. btw where in world you can have free internet (wifi) access since 1997 where actually speed is satisfactory:-)

TLL may be small but quite large for a low traffic it serves which makes the facility very convenient! Constantly under renovation but always with leaking roof :)) Very close to the city. Be ready for expensive food/drink/tax-free service inside.

Eco-friendly airport: a lot of wooden furnitures, even carpet on the floor :) You can buy bus tickets downstairs at the newspaper shop. It takes about 30 min to get to the city centre, which costs only 2 euros.

Very unprofessional border control. Ended up leaving our 2 friends behind because of border control's ignorance - they were refused to exit the country with a valid EU citizen ID card while it's actually allowed by the Georgian Embassy.
