Everything is on a good level, beautiful just renovated buildings, but baggage claim is definitely their weak point.

Generally Pulkovo is a pleasant airport but that time I had to wait for some time before registration and there wasn't a single bench in check-in zone. Not a single one! Except for some chairs in a couple of cafes there. But then it was more comfortable in the main part of the airport and there were enough places to recharge cell phone or laptop, which was nice.

Pulkovo is a modern friendly airport. The staff is helpful and polite. The design is beautiful and it's easy to get there.

I used the pulkovo new terminal as departure airport. I can mention that there are not enough coffee shops but overall impression of this airport in pretty good. You can easily get to the airport by express bus from subway station Moskovskaya.

The flight from LED to VKO was delayed about 1 hour without any notification.
There is free unlimited wifi in the Pulkovo airport.
I checked-in online and choosed seats, but they were incorrect in the airplane and I lost my window seat. Please be careful.

Brand new airport. Clean, clear, spacious. But - there are no elevators for baby strollers, which seriously damages its usability. You will have to carry baby's cot by your hands. The rest is wonderful.

Very friendly and competentionly staff.
I suggest you to use taxi desk before exit gates in the arrival hall.
Price is good.
Free wi-fi facilities. There is big choise of stories.

Airport is located close to the city. Time to the nearest underground station is approximately 15 mines by city bus

New terminal are gonna more better and better!
But road to airport only by bus or taxi,are bad for big city like Saint-Petersburg.
Then the express train to Airport will be done,airport will have strong 4 of 5

New,beautiful and very comfortable airport,very fast check-in,big duty-free shop,big window to see all aircrafrt at the airport,but cafes in airport is very expensive, cup of tea is like tiket to our flight, in my opinion one of the best airport in Russia

The new terminal is indeed a huge leap from the old soviet airport - and once reconstructed the architecturfe-award winning old Pulkovo-1 will become domestic gates section of the new Pulkovo.

Free unlimited wifi available inside, and international terminal offers now quite a lot of facilities.

The bus+subway to the downtown takes less than hour and costs 1.5 euro total (2 separate tickets needed)

But! You need to take a staircase for boarding. Hopefully, this will be improved one day.

New airport. Little crowded. But, there is no SOAP in any toilet!!! So, it'd be better for them to quickly reconstruct Pulkovo-1.

Worst airport I have ever experienced. Ineffective, many Security checkpoints, just generally a real pain in the ass to travel from this airport.

Yeah, it looks so Soviet. I have heard they were making a new terminal, though. The terminal was not an issue for me, but people working there have such a bad attitude!
