Transitting to next flight. Dubai is a huge airport and needs better help getting to next gate. Very poor support for diabetics. We did not need food between our flights.

Incredible airport with so many facilities like foodcourts, prayer room and Duty Free Shops. There are so many things to keep you busy that you won't even notice the duration of your layover.

The departure was from T2 and it's not easy to get to this terminal. First we came to T3 and there is only one way to get from it to T2, the taxi, which is very expensive, about 15$ for 10 min trip.
Later we found out that better to go there by bus from T1.

DXB is not the nicest airport to be at. Often long travels between gates/terminals, way to many people and poor choic me of food options.

Dubai is a vast and wide airport, it is unlike airports such as Munich or Brussels due to the fastness and openness of the terminal building. it was spectacular to be in. i didn't have much time to shop or none as a matter of fact but there are a ton of shops in duty free with big brands like Superdry and Armani. getting to the terminal is a long but fairly easy journey, you either go right or left and take a train or not so it was pretty simple. however the WiFi in Dubai was incredibly poor as i tried to contact family via whatsapp and got a distorted voice no matter how much i tried to correct it. but overall a good airport!

Difficult to get around the terminals, rude personnel with wrong information. Fire alarm testing when I was visiting, where the staff told us that it was someone that have taken a cigarette. Few food options. Fast and systematic boarding process

Dubai international is always an amazing experience, however it is so big that you there is sometimes no point in using the e-gates. They are very fast, but the polar opposite has to be said for their baggage service

Despite being HUGE, love this airport. I actually PLAN to do some shopping here, as the prices are really decent. Great, reasonable (about US$25) haircut at the Timeless Spa. The Emirates FIRST lounges are some of the best in the world.

Airport is neat and awesome, but one thing that I hate is that you can't clearly see the aircrafts because of how far the windows are from the walking area, especially at night.

To be honest, I love the airport, but I wasn't able to get a good view of my plane due to stickers/how far I was from the windows. Other than that, the airport is busy but nice. WiFi was great and really did need it.

I just don't like the layout. Long and thin, often have to walk for what seems like miles! Realise they are space constrained, but a hub and spoke terminal would work better. Perhaps a move to DWC would fix it!

We just landed from our Cebu Pacific flight. The walks were quite long. When we got to immigrations. There were workers already assisting Passengers. They were helpful and nice.The terminal was very clean. and organized.Baggage claim was quick and fast. Gonna get back there to manila and excited.

Excellent airport, especially for off peak international airport. Security and immigration was a breeze, very efficient and clean. No need to remove shoes for security. Definitely one of the best airports worldwide.

Personnel unfriendly,transfer between concourse C and A at terminal 3 is a mess,bus driver probably drove bus for the first time. No space to sit at the gate-terrible.

Best airport I have ever flown to, it huge. You can do almost everything there. WiFi which is free, plenty of places to eat. You can get to and from the airport however you like.

Arrived there around midnight and had a 3 hour layover. the terminal was very crowded and loud, also the toilets very crowded, no silent place at all. No free seats available and also the departure gate for the connecting flight was still closed until an hour before departure so had to stand the whole time. Can't recommend DXB.

Had a night stopover and it was unfortunately way to overcrowded! Way too many people, could not find a free seat, people laying all over the floor and also the gate for my departure flight with many seats was closed still so I had to wait for an hour just standing around before the gate finally opened.

It's an OK airport but poorly designed with too many chokepoints for passengers and the main T3 being basically one long straight line with no train from one end of c gates to the other end of b gates makes it a pretty long walk at times.

Probably one of the worst Dubai experiences we have had. Made to wait on top of disembarkation stairs for 30 minutes because some minion didn't order enough buses. The transit via superfluous security screening into the terminal was, as it always is, a farce. Finally simple attention to detail in the C-class lounges is sadly lacking. Emirates is losing it.

Only ever flown here on a connection. airport staff are pretty rude, but there is a lot to do in the airport. Lack of proper windows to see the planes properly, very hot inside.

Transportation is very well done. There is a Red Metro Line that takes you from the airport to almost any part of the city.
WiFi is free and connection is good.
Immigration is fast and officers are very pleasant.

Dubai International Airport (DXB/OMDB) is arguably one of the best airports in my opinion. Concourse D specially which is where most international airlines take to the sky is the newest terminal which is an extension to its predecessor Terminal 1. Definitely one of the best aspects is the comfort of the airport and seating area which is always clean, tidy, and spotless. Some tips I believe I could give is that to buy some snack before hand as duty free (obviously) is more expensive than regular stores.

Always too busy, rammed with poeple, too hot in places as the A/C obviously can't cope. The lounges are terrible again too many people. Queues for the male toilets?! I mean C'mon... Really not a fan of this airport.

Terminal B is a shame you can buy plenty of perfume, watches, and many others things but just try to buy a bottle of water . you have to walk a lot to find a shop who sell water. There's also a lack of toilets in this terminal

Lots to shop the only downside is Dubai airport is very long. I think we docked one end and walked to the other to get our connecting flight ..but still not a hardship.
