Adelaide is Adelaide, best airport in Australia. The only negative was the rather unhelpfull check in agent. Clearly she's never heard of checking your bags through to your final destination. Can't comment on the lounge as I didn't have access, but prior experience tells me it's pretty good.

This would have to be the most convenient Major Airport in Australia. What it lacks in size is made up in the quality of the facilities. The airport is easy to get around and is clean. Has great viewing onto the runway as well if you are into that.

A very clean modern airport terminal with lots of open space and is a breeze to get around.

The domestic and international flights depart from the same terminal making transfers seamless.

For those people who like a bit of plane spotting, there is an expanse of panoramic windows overlooking the runway and tarmac area which is visible from all gates.

To me, Adelaide airport is too basic and but duty-free shops are amazing... I would say that, Penang Airport is busier than Adelaide airport [expecting to be busy as MEL and SYD)

I am an Adelaide resident so please forgive my bias, but in the last 12 months I have flown out of most of Australia's Capital City Airports. Adelaide is without doubt the most user friendly and functional. Most of the others now look tired at best.

I love Adelaide airport. For a small city, Adelaide airport is really really well laid out. With the addition of the new undercover parking currently being built and the airbridge across to the departure level, it will be even better
