WizzAir is the best low cost airline in Europe, better than RyanAir, Easyjet, Norwegian, Vueling.Very nice crew on board and preatty uniforms.Nice and new cabin, good food and meals, very nice in flight free shop.

Replacement of the cancelled on 01.08.2019 flight - that was the only option, and they didn't book the flights with other airlines, even if it could be cheaper to them.

Wizz air is very cool and cheap airline. Their flights are very nice and cool. Unfortunately there's no Wifi on board. Mi first flight with Wizz air was amazing. I'm recommending this airline for everyone.

Boarding wasnt fastest but it goes. However it depends more from AP and handling agency.
The crew was very nice and professional.

Very tight space in the plane. The crew is friendly. Also minus is the checking procedure, you have to do it 48 hours before the flight.

Very new aircraft, but all ground to basic services. Don't expect anything except getting to your destination. Cabin crew should work on their English.

Worst Flight ever.
I had to pay double check in because they said I checked out . Nobody know that how,when why but they didn?t let me board in ,only after I paid a ?40 charge . Then I couldn?t take my prepaid ?13 costed seat because they gave out seat for a family who didn?t buy seat together .They said ?We didn?t expect you to coming ?.
Then they give me the worse seat by the toilet . Even after when I proved my printed checked in boarding pass with a paid seat . Very unorganised cheater company who did it even open a task to my official polite complain letter . If I could choose may I walk next time instead of pay them . Rubbish company ?unprofessional cabin crew .

I like the connections that Wizzair offers and it is the cheapest airlines, so I really appreciate it. Though most of the time they are late with boarding and taking off, but barely ever on landing, so all good.

This airline is a budget airline that needs to compromise luxury in order to sell tickets at low prices. Obviously there was no in flight entertainment, no Wi-Fi, but I was fine with that. Unfortunately, the seats didn't recline, as they were not reclinable. The flight was delayed for almost an hour due to bad weather in Bucharest, where I took off from. Overall, I have had better experiences with this airline, so I would recommend it as a good budget airline.

Wizzair operates on the Ryanair Principal. Called us all for boarding even though the aircraft was 10 minutes before landing. Queued for an hour before boarding.
Nevertheless the plane was spotless, reasonably comfortable with a reasonably pleasant crew.

Awfull experience. Never again. Wizzair terminal in Budapest is a discgrace to entire airline industry - they kept us like cattle in freezing cold detention-camp-like hangar and then again outside the plane while there was -5 celcius. Do not recomend!

Check in wanted to enforce some new WizzAir rule that still doesn't exist. They claimed even Wizz Priority doesn't entitle me to take my cabin bag on board. After some arguing they allowed me to take it on board.
Wizz did change rules but not only did I not get any information about such a change from Wizz. Their changes still doesn't include such things they wanted to enforce on me.

Their new seat assignment system is awful! I have always been seated with my wife if we have the same booking and if there is still seats together but now they choose seats from one side to another of the aircraft so that if you want to be seated togheter you have to pay to choose your seat! More than half of the plane was still not checked in so that there was more that 100 seats left, but I have been assignated to the seat 22F and my wife 6D and you can't chose only one seat next to it as these seats are already used by someone else so that you have to pay for two seats in order to seat togheter. A simple way to seal money!

Loved everything! Nice staff, very attentive. Beautiful interior, finally a nice A321. Same legroom as other lowcosts, but a bit of fresh air is welcome.

Shit airline ever! Their crew wasn't able to help with anything. Every little thing - have to pay money. In the world where all the airlines gives 100ml water or a cup of water for free - they request for 2EUR. GOOD JOB!

Did check in on my mobile phone with wizz air app. it showed me done. I did not print ticket. So, then came to airoport open the app and it show me, make check-in. I trying to find ticket nothing, trying to make check in, but it less than 2 hours. So, i can not. Workers did not help, just pay 35 euro and we will check in you.

First time in a while but not much has improved. Seat selection procedure difficult to understand. They allocate on booking but don't allow for people travelling together to sit together seemingly. The one bright spot was the cabin crew. They recognised the situation and allowed us to interchange with other passengers, which was great, since I need help to leave and retake my seat during the flight.

Wizz Air is the equivalent of a flying bus. The level of service is minimal, aircraft are very often dirty, seats are worn out and the crew looks extremely demotivated to work. It's common for the announcements to be inaudible even when the purser is speaking his/her mother tongue.

Took 2 flights with them now. In their A321 and A320 I'm 198 CM tall so the seats are very small for a tall person. But for 1/1,5 hour it's doable. But it's something to think about. Crew was nice to me. I bought 1 sandwich on board witch tasted fine. This airline was very cheap! So i can only give them 5 stars. Very good value for your money

Very bad landing!!!! I felt strong headache, dizziness and on the and I passed out. I heard from many people had headache and dizziness. Wizzair policy of luggage is just terrible! I don't recommend this company!

Flight got delayed by 1 day. Treatment wasn't very good, but we survived. I met my current girlfriend on that flight though, so it wasn't that bad :P

I have long legs and the legroom was just fine for me. Other than that cabin didn't seem much different from an expensive airline. The boarding kept us waiting for too long but other than that everything was ok with Wizzair.
