My entertainment screen did not work.

The flight attendants where unable to repair.

Very inconvenient.

I was NOT allowed to go sit in another epty seat (where entertainment was operational)

Avoid their older aircrafts as they have not been refurbished and feature a not so superior product, especially the 777-200ER and -300 where the business class seats have a very poor product, although the initial -200 was better off.

Have to say my experience of Thai from Singapore was superb. Boarding went fine, shown to my wonderful seat and the layout for business was just like first without the curtain to block out other passengers. Very attentive service, Great food and wine plus a complimentary wifi voucher which I shall use on a longer flight. Only downside to the flight was landing and taxi-ing to a staand and not a gate, Something that Thai seems to do too often on my late evening flights from Singapore to Bangkok.

This would be my favorite airline to fly on. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They moved passengers to make more room in crowded areas.

This was my first time I have ever flown Thai Airways and I was amazed at how friendly every person on the aircraft was. I wouldn't hesitate flying with Thai Airways again.

Temperature at Thai flights is always! adjusted much too cold.
All passengers sit freezing in thick clothes plus blanket.
It makes you sick on a 5-hour flight.
Claiming at flight attandent does not help. I had to use my blanket as a coat. Lessons learned: always bring a warm pullover on board. Maybe together with a wind protection and a beanie. Really!
Another experience: hard to get an exit row, even as star gold.

Flight Crews are really kind and fit my satisfaction.
A course meal also delicious. I recommend a Western style meal. and A champaign was good.

Great food, friendly and helpful FAs. However the 777-200s are quite dated although the seats have average but comfortable recline. PTV system is old version, about 7 screens and not as interactive.

Thai Airways flying Business Class let themselves down, just about all other carriers give Fast track Passes to Business Class Passengers, Thai do not, there is something about a dedicated Business Class Fast track somewhere in the Airport but it is not well signposted/Directed at all, i fly in and out of here most weeks, and still am exactly sure where it is, go to any other Fast track Booth and watch them turn their noses up and turn you away

I use them for my Star Alliance membership, they are not the best, nor the cheapest

I am not discounting them, rather than just saying they are very mediocre, pretty sure if you are Thai National Flying Thai it is much different . . Racist ? Maybe slightly, but no one does that better than the Thais . .

As always, very good service in Business Class (Royal Silk). Check in at BKK done within 2 minutes. Passport and security another 5 minutes. The Royal Silk lounge is strange. Alcoholic drinks in a small section of the lounge away from the main area and not signposted. For my flight a 20 minute walk to the gate, no announcements. Put on a bus to get to the flight - minus points from me when gates a plenty are empty. Flight very good, service exemplary as always. Baggage at carousel very promptly. Flight crew, magnificent and a credit to the airline and the nation.

Thai crew really makes the difference! However the airline still has to work better on seats design. Also, despite the In-flight entertainment system has been upgraded, it seems worse than before, since it's not even possible to filter the contents by the language.

Old flight equipment and even with Star Gold never could get exit row. Impression that Thai does not belong to Star Alliance. At China Air I always get exit.

Excellent airline on long haul with good service. Unfortunately it was an older version, so no personal tv's in this aircraft as of yet. Had a very pleasant flight attendant though who took her time to have a small chat with me.

USed a large A330 to get from Bangkok to Krabi, a 50 minute flight. Were very good and even got a meal during such a short flight.
Seat was OK for a short duration trip but I wouldn't like to be in this economy seat for 12+ hours.

Boarding was ok. Butwhen we left the aircraft in angkok at a remote station no extr aservice was givn to Business Class passengers.The front doo was closed and all passengers have to leave the aircraft from the midlle door at the same time as a oot of Economy passenger was running down the stairs. This is not common. Normaly there are an advantaged for deboard the plane. After that all passenger run into the busses. Stepping on each others feets and very packed together. This is absolutle not the service we expext as Business Class passengers. This happens all the time from and to the remote parked aircrafts.

Good airline. While flying on their plane is great, their track record with being on time isn't the best. I ended up staying 2 days in Suvarnabhumi Airport due to a delay in Singapore which caused me to miss our flight to Islamabad.

I missed digital boarding pass, and I miss the properly functioning app. The app is a link to the website and dose not save the data, so with every app start it is necessary to fill the data again.
Movie selection is somewhat modest, cannot compare with Qatar or some others. Definitely room for improvement.

747 flight from SIN to BKK - late but plenty of announcements. Flight totally full. So good reason for a 747. Plane old though. In-flight didn't work but no matter on a 2 hour fight. HOWEVER - yet again, THAI gets us off the plane at BKK on a bus. Many empty bays with Finnair, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, at gates and many empty gates. Awful and it happens so often with THAI these days. Got to change

One of the worst First Class service I had experienced with THAI, more improvement needed.

Bad flight, started with a swop of equipment, from a new A380 to an old 747. Then there was a delay of 3.5 hours departure time, likely due to the swap.

F lounge was crappy, more like a children's playground then a lounge for F pax.

I was very disappointed in the service on this leg from London to Bangkok, my wife had an issue with chewing gum being left under the arm rest of her chair, when I brought this to the attention of the flight crew member, he turn up his nose and did nothing about it, I had to go an complain again before he did anything about it, and then when he did he was not at all happy about having to clean it up. In fact ALL the flight Crew in our section of the plane seem to give the impression that they did not wnat to be there, they were very curt with there responces

I saw a lovely smile and service mind of cabin crew staff. There was a very good priority zone for Gold card passengers. Only a problem, There was some technical problem at PTV so they need to closed them for few minutes.

Terribly service by flight attendants at my seat zone. It was obviously different from another flight. I didn't see their smile, service mind and respect to passengers as normally see. I was really disappointing in these service

1 hr. DELAY and In-Flight services look worse. First , the member of crew forgot to serve me a cup of juice before meal. She jumped my row to another row and another one is a size of meal that seems very smaller.

Excellent service. Nothing more to say. Except it took much time for deplaning as the flight was parked in a remote bay, rest every thing was fine. The in flight crew was also much friendly. I always love flying in B777.

It was a great flight very good service/safety and In-Flight Entertainment , Best services experience from Thai crews. Food was a little disappointed , I ordered Seafood Meal and got a steamed tasteless salmon that also a bit dry , second meal I got steamed seafood with mashed potatoes it was great fresh as breakfast but also tasteless. Flight was departed bit delay (30-40 mins) and used remote bay for the Airbus A380 with about 500 passengers ! That can make more delay up to nearly 1 hour ! By the way we arrived at London Heathrow on-time.

Bangkok airport is a beast airport in the world.Thai airways inside environment is very relaxable. the crew staff is very good. refreshment is not good but we suggest to Thai airways service center please take action about refreshment matter. at last travel of Thai airways is peacefull for other airlines.I PROUD TO BE A PAKISTAN.

A very long walk to Gate G2. Aircraft not at the stand. We have to take a bus all the way back again to the aircraft at a remote stand. Very croudy bus with a lot of economy passengers and children. This was the second time this happened to us flying from BKK to AKL

A380 cabin attendants services are terrible as they were rush service and yet no taken care. The flight is fully loaded but crew also full team equip. Seating on emergency exit of A380 on upper deck is a nightmare.
