the flight attendent was rude. overall the ife was decent and the seat was comfortable but crammped due to my bag(s). napkins were amazing-crossowrds and ads. complimentary food was pretzels and a choice of drinks. pretzels were decent

In flight wifi was a bit of a let down on this flight and pretty expensive option. However, I love South-West! Fantastic carrier with an incredibly easy to use app. Although delays are pretty common on both occasions I flew with them, they do their best to let passengers know. Not a big fan of the group system used for boarding where you have no assigned seats though. Overall - great carrier!

Today was a first to fly WN. Do i regret it? No! They?ve changed my view on at least this low budget airline.
Very friendly staff at the check in, the gate, as well as on board.
Another snack? Another drink? No problem, we got it for you.
The crew is always up for a joke but don?t lose focus on their job.

Southwest Airlines is definitely my number one when it comes to choosing an airline. The on time percentage is great, there on board service is pretty good, interior is great, but my favorite part of Southwest Airlines is the atmosphere. They have such an amazing tone or mood on their flights, the crew are always very happy to be there, they are always cracking jokes and making the passengers have an unforgettable experience on board their flights making it many people?s first choice and they?ll always want to come back to southwest, never had a bad experience. Surely hope to be a Southwest Airlines pilot one day.

My experience with Southwest was wonderful. Staff is legendary and very helpful. The boarding process was no problem at all and actually quite nice. Although I always had a late boarding number I managed to get a window seat. - Bring alone some food since they will only provide you with snacks and non-alcoholic drinks (generously though!). Legroom was actually pretty good (I'm 6'3) for economy.
Inflight wifi worked all-in-all pretty good as well as the live-tv.
Can't recommend this enough. You'll get from point A to B without breaking the bank, you'll get 2 (!) checked bags and have a quality ride as it should be.

Wifi didn't work on this flight. And the turbulence made it difficult for the flight attendants to do much in the way of cabin service. Neither of which were their fault. I will say, I don't normally mind the hectic boarding process except for when I'm flying with my family. Finding that many seats together can be a challenge. Oh well. You get what you pay for.

The horrible thing about southwest is how they let people in wheelchairs board first. On flights like this, they are mobility challenge and the family uses that excuse to board first. Our gate agent on a flight was upset that she started telling people to not take advantage and to limit the boarding to just one caretaker.Other than that, best american carrier

If the cost difference for the business class seat isn't too great, spring for it. It will give you a better chance to pick a seat, and the middle seats on 737s are really pretty abysmal, so this is a worthwhile perk.

Southwest Airlines is hands down the best airline I have ever flown, our crew are always amazing and fun to be around, it's a great environment to be in, from takeoff to landing they treat you better than any other landing, great services, everything you need. I've never flown a better airline!

Warning to ALL passengers if you fly on southwest make sure you lock your bags. My $1,000 laptop was stolen on my flight. Thieves buy tickets on cheap airlines like southwest because the tickets are cheap, they can sit where ever they want, and everybody brings a carry-on bag. Southwest refused to operate with neither me nor the police. Southwests planes do not have the bar to prevent people from taking your stuff. Biggest tip I can offer people other than just not flying with them, is wrap the strap around your leg, and have the opening facing toured you.

The flight crew was Amazing! They knew i was on a trip for an Airline interview and they made sure i had enough coffee and snacks to keep me going as my interview was immediately following the Arrival in LAX. while the intrview was a no go, they wernt out of their way to make sure i had everything i could possibly need both to LAX and back to MDW

Southwest Airlines has been acclaimed for their low fares, and that turns the table for a lot of travelers. However, the biggest problem I have, since it's an all economy class airline, is how closely they put the seats. It's almost like a pack of 160 sardines in a Boeing 737. The WiFi is good for $8 a day, no matter how many flight you take, and good luck trying to work in these crowded quarters. If you want a good seat, get in the early A group (preferably A1-15) in order to get a decent seat in the front of the plane.

I have liked Southwest for the most part. The one thing I have noticed, though, is that with their 2 bag policy, baggage takes a very long time to arrive at the baggage claim.

As always, Southwest gave a great experience! The airplane was new and the atmosphere was refreshing. The crew was very friendly and courteous as always. It was a welcome break from flying the typical America, Delta and United airlines' flights that would have older and noisy cabs. The seats looked cleaner with adequate leg space for people of my height. Also, small packets of pretzels and peanuts tasted great. The flight was on time.

Best airline going. Planes are clean and well maintained. Flight crews have both a sense of duty and a sense of humor. Considering the track record of ATL the flights were on time and baggage got where it needed to be on time.
This is my personal go-to airline.

The flight was suppose to be the day before, but it was cancelled. The crew was amazing, as always with Southwest. However, they never have any entertainment onboard. They advertise free wifi sometimes, but you have to pay for it.

My airline of choice in the US. Clean aircraft, flight crews who remember what customer service is and reasonable prices. Yeah, its six across cattle car seating in a 737 but everyone else is handing out that sort of abuse these days.

Have yet to have a problem with Southwest in the times that I have used them. Our aircraft today was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The flight crew was pleasant and acted as if they really wanted to be of service to the passengers on board.

Southwest Airlines BLOWS! Not only does their aircraft continuously break-down, but they are ALWAYS late arriving and departing! The boarding process of open-seating is the worst idea I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with! The ticket fares are cheap, and you get what you pay for!
