Qatar Airways was irresponsible. Downgraded me from frist class to business class without any notification and refused to put me on a emirates first class because the?re enemys. It wasn?t just a pontul aicraft change, but the get out the A380, that have the first class for the next months. Until now have no compensation, Qatar Airways still irresponsabile about this.

Some older aircraft (the A330s) have very small screens and no power outlets, whereas the newer aircraft (A350s) are much better equipped. Cabin crew were very good and boarding by zone worked very well.

60 minutes is normally fine for a connection in Helsinki. My feeding flight arrived 7 minutes early. And yet, they managed to lose my luggage. I was lucky to have Doha as my final destination, so my bag arrived in the morning. But other people from the same flight probably had to wait for much longer. Why would you sell tickets with such a short connection time if you have trouble transferring luggage from another airline?

Qatar Airways is definitely the best airline I've flown with. Even if I flew on economy with Qatar Airways, I still had a great 7 hours on board the flight. I didn't eat much food as I was very tired for most of the journey, but I felt refreshed enough with the offers that came with the flight. The In flight Entertainment is a must try product of Qatar Airways. Flight Crew were extremely friendly. Boarding was highly organised, no delays, civilised line. Deplaning was also fine, pretty organised as well.

it was awfully dirty, toilets were a real disaster. I tried to use it but just couldn't. The aircraft itself was dirty and sticky. I think it was only this route, it was also crowded and most of passengers were Sri Lankans/Indian, who had a very different idea about hygiene.

Boarding and check-in was well done. All flights were always on time.
Flight attendants were very kind on some flights, but overlooking me and my requests on some, therefore I have mixed feelings about them.
Flight entertainment system was horrible, as it crashed on the map screen for 2 hours, I couldn't exit it. The flight attendant agreed with my notice that it has lagged or crashed and needed to reset it somehow from main system. It helped - the personal entertainment system started working after it. What's surprising, the exactly same thing happened to me in return flight to Warsaw, even if seat was different. It never happened to me in A340 or B787, only in A330, twice. The entertainment system box takes huge space under the window seat, compared to other airlines, making me unable to stretch one of the legs fully, it was pretty uncomfortable.
Wifi in 787 was very decent as for a plane, not to mention you get 8 MB for free, what's pretty rare for airlines.

Boarding was not smoothly organized on this flight, it was a bit chaotic which is not usual at QATAR Airways. Flight crew did not attend the passengers well, during descend/landing the seats before us were not set in the correct position which was quite uncomfortable and especially unsafe. The entertainment display was unlikely to work, very low quantity of films and games. And no meal in the last 4.5 hours.

Would have given 5 stars if the economy section was not 10 abreast and the check-in was properly managed.
If you want to fill a plane with over 400 passengers the least you can do is have enough check-in staff to proccess that amount of people in a timely manner.

Flew business class on a Qatar airways A380. Amazing experience! A380 is super smooth and quiet and provided for a pleasant flight. The seat is amazing, definetly one of the best in the world. Food was also quite good. IFE also quite extensive. Only downside was the crew as they weren't very cheery but nethertheless it was a great flight!
