Fantastic airline! One of the few ones that follow the nostalgic airline service. If you fly KLM, you?ll get complimentary beer, coffee, a snack and a big smile from the flight attendants whether you fly short-, medium- or long haul.

At KLM your expierence is much dependable on the crew you get and which aircraft. They have a large 737 fleet and we all know that aircraft sucks from a passenger point of view. Quality of food and drinks is good though. And they don?t have IFE on their European aircraft and neither wifi. Which is really lacking behind these days.

There were boarding groups, 5 of them, but they only used four, so that wasn?t very quick.
I did not try the IFE because there is non directly at your seat.
WIFI was not available on my flight.
Serving started about half way though the flight.

Unfortunately the cabin wasn't updated with the new seats, making economy comfort not worth the money. The tvs were controlled by a remote which was hard to use, and since they are old there are boxes which actually reduce the legroom. The old seats are very uncomfortable and not designed well. Hovewer, every time I fly KLM I am just amazed by how nice the crew are.

Flight was delayed due to crowded airspace. Pilots and crew were keeping the passengers updated everytime something changed with arrival time or derouting.

KLM is very Avgeek friendly. Their crew is nice but I observed that in the last few months some of the crews are not being necessarily enthusiastic. I would also say that there should be nothing more easier to access things like upgrades or information and their videos about the KLM message apps (WhatsApp, Messenger etc.) should be much more clearer.

This Boeing 777-300 was an old plane, had no WiFi, and very little food and drinks were served. Staff was friendly. Movie options were quite limited.

One of the best airlines out there, loads of leg room in Sardine Class. Food is not bad, certainly better out of Schipol than on return flights.
The crew and good, listen to passengers, and are not pushy.
I just could not work out the free wifi (for messages only), when I tried to use the Flying Blue account and password, the wifi just errored out.
We used to fly Air France, but now have veered towards KLM.

Good service. We boarded and left the gate on time but taxied A?s is typical for 15 mins. We were offered a small hot snack with free drinks, then later in the flight cake and tea/coffee service. Impressive. No WiFi or entertainment

This time flew Economy, so one of many but FA greeted me by name. Couldn't believe it! Was in emergency row so she expected me but still.
Meal service for short flight was a piece of cake (literally this time) and a cup of water plus whatever you wanted to drink. Short flight of 50 minutes so no gourmet meal expected but I am diabetic so not best option. It is, however great that KL even offers a full service. The crew was on their toes the entire flight. No rest for them. Respect.

As always a very pleasant trip with Cityhopper, I have never had a problem with them.
As always the crew were exceptionally welcoming and smiles all round.
Surprising amount of space considering the E175 isn't the biggest plane out there. Had a medium rucksack under the seat and still enough room.

LHR ground staff gave NO delay info. Lounge staff send me to gate where I waited 30 minutes before boarding. Handluggage didn't fit, boarding process slow. No Sky Priority signage during boarding but, staff enforced it by sending non-priority travelers away. Left with 1h20 minutes delay

Very good experience with very nice crew. Thw whole package from online check-in to the flight itself is very pleasant and filled with information presented in a good way. The only drawback is the Economy Comfort seat (on the 747), which doesn't give much more legroom compared to the normal seats. 125 euro is too much to pay for what is basically 10 more centimetres and a window view unobstructed by the wing.

The Worst airline staff - rude and unpolite! They must only in Netherlands if they do not know how to treat the people from other countries. And just stop with that pasta on board! 24/7 they served only pasta! No wi-fi on board, no entertainment. The crew forced you to choose only one drink, but we prefer juice and coffee. Overpriced tickets!

All in all a nice company. But Economy Comfort has nothing to do with premium economy class at other companies, including sister company Air France. With KLM, it's only an ordinary economy seat with some extra leg room... Including on long routes. Good to be aware of if you want to fly relatively cheap but with some extra comfort.

I recently flew from Singapore to Denpasar-Bali on KLM's Boeing 777-300ER PH-BVU which at the time was around 2 months old. I have to say that in general the flight was really good if not even perfect. The boarding procedure was quick and efficient, nothing special to mention. The seat had good and possibly even an abundant amount of legroom (I am 185cm), however, I found that the it was a bit under cushioned. The IFE was really good. There was a good variety of movies, music and tv shows. In general better than most airlines. During this 3 hour flight a hot meal was served and I have to say it was delicious. The crew was amazing as well, always smiling and polite. All in all, the flight was amazing and almost perfect.
