This time flew Economy, so one of many but FA greeted me by name. Couldn't believe it! Was in emergency row so she expected me but still.
Meal service for short flight was a piece of cake (literally this time) and a cup of water plus whatever you wanted to drink. Short flight of 50 minutes so no gourmet meal expected but I am diabetic so not best option. It is, however great that KL even offers a full service. The crew was on their toes the entire flight. No rest for them. Respect.

One of the best airlines out there, loads of leg room in Sardine Class. Food is not bad, certainly better out of Schipol than on return flights.
The crew and good, listen to passengers, and are not pushy.
I just could not work out the free wifi (for messages only), when I tried to use the Flying Blue account and password, the wifi just errored out.
We used to fly Air France, but now have veered towards KLM.

Very good experience with very nice crew. Thw whole package from online check-in to the flight itself is very pleasant and filled with information presented in a good way. The only drawback is the Economy Comfort seat (on the 747), which doesn't give much more legroom compared to the normal seats. 125 euro is too much to pay for what is basically 10 more centimetres and a window view unobstructed by the wing.

I recently flew from Singapore to Denpasar-Bali on KLM's Boeing 777-300ER PH-BVU which at the time was around 2 months old. I have to say that in general the flight was really good if not even perfect. The boarding procedure was quick and efficient, nothing special to mention. The seat had good and possibly even an abundant amount of legroom (I am 185cm), however, I found that the it was a bit under cushioned. The IFE was really good. There was a good variety of movies, music and tv shows. In general better than most airlines. During this 3 hour flight a hot meal was served and I have to say it was delicious. The crew was amazing as well, always smiling and polite. All in all, the flight was amazing and almost perfect.

First time using KLM. I was interested to see what it was like. The aircraft arrived on time and we soon began boarding which was relatively speedy. However, we were 35 minutes behind our scheduled departure time before we pushed back from our stand due to someone being lifted onto the plane, but some of the time was made up during the flight, so it wasn't too bad.

The flight was very good, quick and speedy. The interior was nice, quite spacious onboard and the seats were comfortable. A complimentary drinks and snacks service was provided due to the short length of the flight. The service was very good and the cabin crew were friendly and polite. The aircraft did lack IFE which many airliners in the USA do now include but due to the short length of the flight it wasn't a major problem.

Our descent into Amsterdam was smooth and we quickly reached our gate after landing. Very good service and would use KLM again for many flights in the future.

Unfortunately the cabin wasn't updated with the new seats, making economy comfort not worth the money. The tvs were controlled by a remote which was hard to use, and since they are old there are boxes which actually reduce the legroom. The old seats are very uncomfortable and not designed well. Hovewer, every time I fly KLM I am just amazed by how nice the crew are.

This was the first flight of my daughter and son. The crew was very attentive and made it a good first flight for them. Downside of the flight was the 45 minute delay due to a shortage of luggage loaders... The crew wasn't pleased either. The rest of the flight was standard quality and efficiency.

The flight was delayed because of fog in Amsterdam. Before take-off the captain came to the cabin to explain the situation and to ensure everyone that KLM would do everything for people with connecting flights. Also during the flight the friendly cabin crew kept updating everyone personally about their connections. Very good service.
