Onboard catering was on point for my 3 hour hop, however serving via carts with no menu did make the experience less luxurious. The crew were all very friendly and even showed me some hidden secrets of the A350 such as the crew rest.
Finnair Business Class was exceptional! The seat was very comfortable and very adjustable. They offer 81 of seat pitch which is a lot.
WiFi was not working on this flight

The economy+ seat is NOT that comfy! That product is over valued, when it comes to the price of it all. Socks and noise cancelling headset is nice, but not ?95 nice!

So, great job. I was on group 4. The boarding was ok, a bit chaotic, as everyone tried to get to the plane as quickly as possible. Deplaning went great. Flight crew was just amazing! Served water every hour and the serving went fast. They were also friendly :) Food was ok. IFE was great, with big variety of different games, movies and games. Also 2 cameras. Wasn't bored. Overall, really great. Recommend!

Finnair's longhaul flights are very good. New aircraft flew us from Bangkok to Helsinki (A359). Boarding/deboarding was performed decently. Flight crew was friendly and flight offered us two ok-to-eat meals after take off and before landing. Entertainment system gave us plenty of options to watch a variety of shows.

Finnair did an excellent job with their long-haul flights hence the second review, but their regional service is just very poor. Boarding/Deplaning was performed quickly, however pilot was informing us with gibberish talks (nobody understood a thing) and flight attendants only showed up twice to bring us some water/juice and to pick up trash in a two hour flight. Never appeared again as apparently they needed 4 attendants to serve just 4 business passengers.

Finnair left my bag in Helsinki, I almost missed my connecting flight because of an already tight connection and needing to fill out the paper work. Even worse was the fact that half of the passengers off my flight also didn't receive their luggage.

It has been originally flight of 12 December 2017 which has been cancelled after 5 hours waiting in the aircraft almost without true information and very weak services. Communication of the cabin crew was awful and the same has been behaviour of captain of the aircraft. He informed a few time that we are almost ready to start, in 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.

Airline does compete with the European/Asian big boys on their longhaul routes, however fails to meet those requirements on shorter regional routes. My flight on their Airbus 350 from Bangkok to Helsinki was excellent, but my flight afterwards from Helsinki to Amsterdam was a complete bumper. I have not seen any flight attendant to care about Economy passengers (as 3 of the 5 flight attendants were focused on only 5 business passengers the entire flight, while the other two flight attendants were busy for like 30 minutes to serve people drinks (water, coffee, tea or juice were the only options) and to appear once more to pick up trash to disappear in the back for the entirety of the flight). Basically paid a good amount of money for a bit more legroom, while getting the service of Ryanair (without a complimentary drink, which was a very limited as well)

The flight itself was O.K. in spite of the delay caused by the Pisa airport routines which failed completely. BUT in todays world it is not acceptable taht you are not able to check-in online! Families with children where split to sit around the cabin as they checked in so late that there were no places next to each other. These could have been pre-booked by Finnair, bad failure.

The crew was very rude and didn't seem to care much about customer service. Also the food I ordered was disgusting. Although the aircraft was nice and comfy, the customer service and food were much worse than in Thomas Cook and Norwegian for example.

The experience I got was fantastic. The check-in agent was able to arrange two seats next to each other from almost thin air. When I got to the plane I almost felt like I was home. Sure the legroom could have been a little bit better, and possibly the food too. But on overall the experience was FANTASTIC.

The AY6 JFK-HEL was flight by chartered EuroAtlantic B772 and it was below average. Of course, it is not their fault, that the weather in NYC was terrible, and we were departing with 90 min delay, the food was quite OK, but no breakfast served, and the crew was not informed from which gates will be the connecting flights (which was important due to our delay), however the crew helped the people with tightest connections to change seats and land on those close the airport bridge and be first in the airport. Despite other weaknesses, this helped a lot!

Great staff, both flights were extremely smooth, probably the best landing I've ever had coming into Helsinki, didn't even use reverse thrust on a fully loaded A333. On my return flight my in-flight entertainment system froze about 1h30m into my 9h flight, not very good. But flying over Greenland there were clear skies so the views kept me busy for a good 2 hours. Would definitely fly Finnair again, especially for the price!

The flight went excellent. Finnair gives you a warm drink on board for free in the national flights. The crew was very friendly. The only minus was the plane I flew in - Airbus A321 - I was sat in the last row and there was no window there.

Finnair is propably the most disgusting airline there is, allthough my vision might be a little biased for personal reasons. Pricing is ridiculous compared to service quality, meaning the service is usually rude and inefficent. Or non-existent. But if you live in Finland, Finnair is usually the only available option.
