The boarding part was divided into group first, then row 1-19 used the first door, after row 20 used the second door which connected to the parking apron. Passengers can get aboard much faster in such an order.
The flight was stable throughout all the journey. In addition, the pilots carried out a smooth landing. Cabin crews provided tea for free. As there was holding at LHR flight information region, the flight required ten minutes more as usual. However, due to the punctuation of departure time, the flight landed much earlier STA.

The boarding was proceeded in order starting at 2100. The flight provided a snack after take-off. It provided dinner one hour after the snack. I tried the vegetable spaghetti which tasted in general. Another option which was a chicken rice retained a huge tangy flavor. The light in the cabin turned dark after the meal. It provided breakfast one hour before landing. The whole flight was travelling in a relatively stable condition. The flight held for a circle before landing Hong Kong, resulting in a bit later than STA.

Business class with eight across seating is awful. It's cramped and if the person next to is asleep it's nearly impossible to get out. Because of the age of the plane some of the basics like the tray table and TV didn't work properly. The crew was delightful.

The blond agent girl at the gate had a wicked bad attitude, she should not be in the customer service business. Overall the flight crew ok...just OK....expected better. On the leg Coming back home the flight crew excellent (Boston to London)(London back to Boston)

Flight was great overall, departed and arrived on time. However I expected much more from BA as it felt like travelling with a budget carrier as you had to pay for everything included checked baggage and on-board food.

Noisy celebrated 100 years of the company proves only from the next one probably will not wait, tickets on this route are more expensive than competitors like emirates but a service similar to Cebu Pacific except that in Cebu work smiling and joyful beautiful Philippines girls, not like on BA people with artificial smile who think they are punishable here.
The food is a failure, dinner at 11pm and breakfast at 3pm. coffee for breakfast for 1 sip and you can not ask for more. The only advantage is that the plane was not full and you can sleep on 3 seats in economy class but no more BA on narest future.

First time flying BA and did not disappoint, the cabin was clean and spacious the crew were very helpful and friendly, great legroom even in standard economy. Only entertainment was a flight map, no WiFi. If you are wanting to buy something onboard they only except card so caution.

BA's race to the bottom continues. If you're not flying Business Class then you are treated with utter contempt. As ever the STR-LHR flight was late, as usual with no explanation or apology. Cabin crew were too busy chatting to each other to notice passengers, seats are cramped. This is why I usually travel with Germanwings

Decent short-haul flight with British Airways.

The online check-in process is quick. Also the bag drops have very short queues and you can finish check-in in swift. It could also be so because of early morning flight.

Security control is also really quick in Arlanda airport. However, the gates is in upstairs Gate 86 (used for UK destinations).
Boarding process is quite fast . Everyone could get into the plane within several minutes.

British Airways do not provide any complementary request on coffee, tea or other beverages. I did buy a cup of English Breakfast. Prices are similar to the one in Heathrow airport.

There was no in-flight entertainment and no WIFI. However the in-flight magazine was decent so I could spend some time on it.

It departs 30 minutes behind the schedules as the outbound flight to Arlanda airport got some fuel issues. The pilot tried to make up the schedule but still with busy Heathrow traffic, it causes 20 minutes delay. I appreciate pilots' effort with try to make up the schedule.

The view when having descend towards London was amazing. It was a great afternoon that I could saw the cityscape from above. I saw Arsenal Stadium and the still in construction Tottenham Hotspur Stadium also the area of North London.

Decent flight all in all, hope British Airways could improve its competitiveness and service which could attract more travelers to enjoy, maybe in-flight WIFI is a way.

Flight was cold, meals were not very good particulary breakfast. I was told ran out of full english only scrambled egg left. so no choice 5 minute later serving a few rows behind with full english. cabin crew not attentive at all and no drinks offered outside meat times had to go hunting for staff at rear of plane for water.

Again, a great crew. Could not do enough for me and made me feel a million dollars. This was World Traveller. Food and service out of this world. This is BA's trump card. Its hard to beat.

Well, what can you say. I may have been travelling World Traveller, but it might just have been travelling first class. The cabin crew were absolutely amazing, attentive and professional. Why would you choose to fly with anyone else.

Auf Grund der langwierigen Sicherheitskontrollen kam ich als letzter Passagier zum Flugzeug. Da alle anderen Passagiere schon sa?en wollte die Purserin kein Durcheinander mehr anrichten und entschied spontan dass ich in der Business Class sitzen durfte.

Muchas cosas de baja calidad. Al hacer web check in asignaron por default mis asientos y no permitieron que lo modificara ni por web ni por telefono ni por redes sociales. Me indicaron que solo era posible en el check in del aeropuerto MLA. Tampoco fue posible me dijeron. Tambien intentamos en LHR sin suerte. Pesimo manejo. Luego en el avion el servicio es mediocre. Desde la atencion, la comida, el espacio de los asientos, el confort es minimo comparado a otras varias aerolineas en las que he volado en Business. El piso donde estaba mi asiento estaba manchado de cafe y arruino mis medias y pantalon. Los enchufes no tienen usb y en algunos casos no funcionaban. La oferta de entretenimiento era antigua y poca variedad. La comida es igual que la de cualquier clase economica de otras aerolineas.
Ni pudimos ver el video de seguridad pues no andaba el sistema.
Ocupaban mi sitio de equipaje con equipajes de otras personas de economica o tripulantes que viajaban como pasajeros.

Horrible flight crew services and in-flight services. Business Class standards are going lower and lower every time I fly with BA. Virgin Atlantic or Air New Zealand on the LAX-LHR-LAX offer much better services than British Airways.

Once an airline company I thought was one of the better. Now it has fallen behind. On short and medium haul everything is for purchase. On our long haul flight no check in baggage was included, but the information was minimal. Next long haul it was included. No consistency and unclear information.

As of all fees and unclear information it feels like BA is trying to mimic the rival Ryanair.

No, I am going to start to avoid BA.

A very warm welcome, my first and final time boarding the Concorde.

Enjoying caviar and champagne at 55,000 feet and at Mach 2.0! It does not get any better!

The service was very English and formal, crews were outgoing, polite and efficient.

As with the outbound flight the crew were really nice and friendly. The aircraft was very busy as lots of business people flying over to London for Monday morning.

The aircraft was clean and looked well maintained. I did not use the WiFi on IFE.

Boarding was the standard BA group system, the crew were helpful and friendly.

The seat could have used more padding and the inflight screens were slow and low quality.

As it was a night time flight the crew dimmed the lights after the meal until a few hours before landing.

The inflight meals were good for economy and there was plenty to drink if you wanted it. The staff won't disturb you if you're asleep so its a good time to stretch your legs and have a walk to the galley.

The flight and hotel was booked through the BA website and managed through the iPhone app and website.

Paid extra for leg room on the exit row which was done through the website and I pre-ordered a meal again through the website.

Boarding was done with the BA group system, disabled and small children first followed by group 1 (First class and gold executive club members), group 2 etc. I was in group 5 as I was World Traveller (economy).

The staff were friendly and helpful on boarding, the aircraft was a few years old but looked clean and maintained. The seat was just wide enough for me to sit in and could have done with a bit more padding for a long haul aircraft - the flight was 11hrs. In the end I had to use the blanket and the pillow given out to sit on as the seat became increasingly uncomfortable.

The meal was served to me before the other passengers got theirs, it came on a plate dish and metal cutlery along with a linen napkin.

There are two main meal servings on this flight. The second meal was a pizza wrap which wasn't the best. It was soggy and felt sick after eating it.

The galley at the back of the aircraft was open for passengers to get any drinks and was a good excuse to get up and stretch your legs.

The inflight entertainment was slow, the screens can be difficult to see what is happening but there were a decent selection of films and TV shows to watch.

The plane was surprisingly well laid out for a single aisle aircraft. The cabin was clean and well maintained .
The Club Europe seats were wider and more leg room than normal Euro Traveller.

The flight departed 15mins early, the crew and captain were brilliant. The meal was smoke salmon and I was made to feel like a VIP by the crew.

Booking was done through the BA website and the iPhone App for the boarding card. Did not use the WiFi or on board flight entertainment as is was just over an hours flight.

Always nice to travel on the 747 with BA however business class seats are not the best that I have travelled on American Airlines is more comfortable and private I feel very open in the seat and it feels like sitting in a corridor as side of seat is very low and open . BA crew always very atentive and helpful food portions just right not to much for a flight

Boarding delayed by one hour due to fault with jetbridge. Superb aircraft so much space onboard aircraft felt as if it was floating very impressive however business class was disappointing cabin was dull and seats were not very wide and lacked comfort I had an aisle seat and felt I was sitting in a corridor .

British Airways Business class is horrible. Especially on over 18 yo 777-200 with ?ancient? entertainment system. Boarding and deplaning by bus in the middle of winter in Shangahia and Heathrow. The worst breakfast ever (dry and hard pancakes in business class!). Some economy bags arrived before business and first class in baggage hall at Heathrow (after over 20 minutes waiting). I couldnt connect to wifi.
