London City is by far the best airport in London for business travellers. Shops are limited, but I can show up 30 minutes before my flight and still make it. Security is fast, staff are polite, airport is small, (2 minute walk from the DLR station to the check in desks, 2 minute walk to security, usually 5 minutes to clear security, 2 minute walk to gates) and they do have a good range of food outlets and small stores for essentials. The Wi-Fi is good. There are charge ports everywhere. I fly from LCY most weeks, to all sorts of other airports, and I'm yet to find an airport that suits my needs better than LCY.

Had a bit of a delay getting the buses to the aircraft so we could deboard but other than that it was quick to get through EU immigration and a quick walk from there to the exit. Easy to get to and from the airport via the DLR.

Airport's only plus point is it's location, but next to that security, baggage drop can all take quite a while in this overcrowded airport.
