Very easy to get to the airport, you have Metro and if you use personal transport there's never traffic. The terminal facilities are easily one of the best in the world. The Wi-Fi works. Food and retail is very expensive, specially for a Portuguese airport. The lounge and everything else are perfect.

Much like Lisbon, not much choice in terms of eateries and shopping. The eatery we went to was a buffet that had very simple food with very little choice. Unfortunately this food wasn't as good as it looked.

Waiting time at security check was below the expectations. A fast lane for Ponte Aerea Connections should be considered, as it happens in Milan Linate (LIN-FCO by AZ), Madrid Barajas (MAD - BCN, by IB).
It takes a long time to get to the airport and times between metros are unacceptable.

AC isn't quiet as cool as what I prefer, but that is probably a personal preference. Otherwise a very pretty airport.

In the peak hours (as was the case), the security line reaches the entrance of the airport. However, the security staff was very efficient, and it took around 15/20 minutes to pass security.
If you have an early flight, to make sure you make it to your flight, arrive quite a bit earlier (recommend at least 90 minutes, a bit more if you have to do the check-in at the airport).
Arriving early you also avoid the new trend in airports nowadays, which is having to pass through the duty free, as it is not open before 6 a.m.

One of the best airports, i?ve travelled to.
Very clean and tidy, amazing architecture, very nice and helpful security and airport staff.
I am not going to rate the Wi-fi as 5 stars, because, it took a bit to connect to it, and the internet isn?t really good.

This, once great, small airport, is getting worse at every change that the owners ANA/Vinci make.
One of the greatest things about this airport was that from check-in to the gate, passing through security, it would almost always take less than 10 minutes. Now, they are understaffed in security and they make you backtrack to oblige you to pass through the duty free before arriving at the gates.
Awful decision to make this change Vinci!

One of the best airports in Europe (Named in 2008) and the best in Portugal for sure. The facilites are greatly designed, clean and easy to navigate, the bagage claim while sometimes a bit slow, works. The waiting areas are spatious and the from little help I needed from the staff the overall impression I got is that they're friendly and helpful. Wifi inside de airport is paid which is a shame.

After get out from the plain we where closed for a while in a corridor due to a fire protection stacking door, that was closed. Nobody was in the area to help us. Unbelievable! Not to mention it was not indicated on the sreen the conveyor belt number of my luggage . The passengers moved from one side to the other trying to get information, but there was no one .A used the phone that exists for information and I tried to call, but without success : a voice asked me if it was an SOS ? I saw at the distance to reach an employee who seemed to control the operation and when he passed by, I asked him for my flight number conveyer belt , and he showed me the one where it was indicated the flight from Luanda. A crowd was in front of the bloody belt and my suitcase appeared in front of the other Luanda flight luggage . Unbelievable to those who until now only praised the Porto airport , and had reasons for doing so. I hope it was circumstantial.

Was genuinely surprised with how modern and efficient this airport was. Given that its not one of the busiest, they still put effort into making it a warm and easy space. Was very impressed. Staff were lovely. Facilities great!

Charging to access car passenger drop area... Never seen! The new system, beside being an exploration, leads to terrible mess and crowding in the area!
For a short flight is a mind changing factor, in one of the most profitable airports in the country, is somehow absurd.

Francisco Sa Carneiro airport, though it's a small airport, is an amazing airport where you can have a great time while waiting for your ride. It has lots of stores and some portuguese traitional ones, where tourists can buy some last hour souvenirs.

Easy to get in to the airport. I didn?t try any shop, because at 6:30 AM there wasn?t open. Beautiful airport, fast security check and check-in. I flight with Ryanair, and stay outdoors waiting for enter to the plane was cold.

An amazing airport, beautiful architeture, easy to arrive and to navigate through. Easy security checks. Clean toilets. Good food and retail services, but enjoy it before passing through passport control as there is just one small cafe and a duty-free store after it.

This is one of the best airports around. Easy to get there, check-in and security check is easy and fast, everything is like a airport should be for travellers: EASY!
You get 30 minutes wifi for free and with very good coverage (not like in other airports) and the food and retail services are just great, even at the low-cost flight companies area.

The complete opposite to Lisbon's crowded and narrow terminal. It is cozy, large, a great glass structure with good use of daylight. Immigration, baggage claim, customs and security check are always very fast, and there is a good offer of services. There is a subway station and bus services heading to Downtown Porto.Doubtless my favorite airport in Europe.

This is the best airport in Europe, and probably one of the best in the world! Extremely easy to get to the airport (it's near the city and it has the metro right in front of it, there's never traffic on the roads to get there). The check-in is quite slow sometimes, but this only happens in the summer. Security check is really, really fast and the terminal facilities are spectacular. Wi-Fi and Food/Retail Services could be better, you only have 15 minutes of free access to the internet and sometimes that service doesn't work. Awesome lounge!

Having used it for the last 12 years for business and pleasure over a hundred times, according to 'Flight Diary' , I have watched it develop and have to say to say I love it. For me one of the best airports I have used - and there's been a few... Stress free, calm and even at busy times no hassle. As beautiful airport as an airport can be.

Perfect airport quite stylish easy to fly to and from and not very busy so not a very big wait for things! Everybody there is really nice to you if your stuck they will help you so dont worry about getting lost because its a jolly airport and its cozy!

Cozy airport. It has a great design but lacks business facilities for frequent travelers. The lounge is weak and the wifi, while it as a good coverage, is only 30m free.
Getting around in the ariport is very easy and it is very well designed. Flying to New York or Sao Paulo non-stop is such a plus!

One of the best to fly in an rout. But baggage claim takes too long without justification. The custom officer behave as hunting dogs harassing people for a deep screening too often. The internet access is good but for free is limited to half hour. It is clean and very well signed airport, easy to get him and very convenient if travelling to Northeast Iberian Peninsula...

You can safely sleep here. Nice, new, clean. They have a daily music concert in the lounge - how cool can this be? It's big and spacious. I don't really have much more to add, just need to meet the 200-characters criteria.

most shops were closed and coming back I was not allowed to have tuna and sardines in carry on because of water content, but gavin in different line was allowed on board with whole rock melon!
