Awful. It takes an inordinate amount of time to get through customs and security, the latter is useless. They barely even check the bags going through the x-ray machines.

No sockets in the entire airport. Available ones don't work. Free Wi-Fi for 1hr only. Only 1 network which is free totally but it works only in the end of International Hall. Too expensive food.

Some terminals was built many years ago. It`s very easy to travel to Moscow: you may go by Bus (to Salaryevo metro - 40 rub) or by Train (420 rub). But there`s bad navigation in airport.

Imigration officers are quite thought, but thats understandable. Once you allowed into Russia, everything is smooth. Airexpress to citycenter is in front of Terminal.

The best of Moscow airports, you can easily and pretty quickly get there by the subway and then bus. Not much crowded place as another Moscow airports.

Beautiful new airport for me (I've been there a long time ago before repair). A lot of cafes, shops and a lot of empty seats waiting for any time of day or night.

Rude security officers. Very long and narrow terminal -- the distance to a boarding gate may be large (for me, it was needed to walk about 10 minutes without stop!!!).

The lounge is poorly illuminated. There are few seats, but number of passengers is not large too.

Wi-Fi worked stably.

Opinion about service in VKO:1) Registration agents don't know check in rules, I have lost my free time in Business lounge
2) security agents don't know code's of class. She is keeping my boarding pass and ask me about class of service.

Big and good airport. Close to my residence. It can be reached by bus, taxi or train from the center of Moscow. The first bus departures from Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station at 5:35 am as scheduled. The airport itself has two terminals where you can get some rest, food and drinks. There are many other facilities here like stores and cafes. Wi-Fi in clean zone is quite poor. In the morning I couldn't connect to it. Security check is slow. There is one person checks all domestic passengers and more than 20 people stay in the line meanwhile 3 staff person on ajacent gate do nothing and talk to each other.Toilets are clean. Average rate of this airport is good.
