The Lounge at Faro is not particularly overstocked with any food - mostly snacks - cakes and biscuits. Wifi is good though. I'm glad I was able to experience this lounge. It is quite gaudy and the amount of people in it made it feel quite cramped also. The checkin to the lounge was handled very well and they did shout your flight number when the flight was available for boarding.

I?m a suspect because I?m local but here it goes. This is a very nice airport, the staff is very helpful and the refurbished ATC Tower gives a nice futuristic look. The people just want to talk to you with is great. The expensive foods/drinks don?t help and the terminal although it is big and clean it is in the need of urgent repairs/works since the 2011 storm that blasted some parts of the roof away.
Be prepared for the summer for some massive queues on particular times of the day, fast boarding however with good security.
Very beautiful landings and take offs from both sides with the view over Ria Formosa.

Seemed like a good airport. Long queues through customs but that was to be expected at the height of a busy summer.

Gostei. Aeroporto pratico suficientemente grande para o trafego que tem e bem arrumado. O pessoal podia ser um pouco mais agradavel e ter umas caras mais simpaticas, mas nao se pode ter tudo.
