No wifi and IFE in economy. Take in mind this was medium-haul economy. Crew was very nice! Food was not so nice. A wrap which didnt taste that good.

Flight crew were nice enough on this regional flight. Boarding was another matter - a real matron attitude on onboard luggage. Plane was clean.

The worst business class trip ever! You pay tons of money for the ticket and have no lounge at Prague, you sit on the triple seat with an empty middle seat and the final you have plane without IFE, so you can only look at the backrest of the seat in front of you. Haha, overpriced for nothing..

They had a problem with their system, I couldn't check in online, had to wait long at the check in counter, couldn't select a seat.

regular flight not suitable for tall persons (2m+) .. however if there is space on board, you can always reason with the flight crew :)

Worst Seats i had to endure since a long time, wouldn't use TAP again whatsoever for that reason. Those Recaro Slimline seats should be illegal to put under any human for more than 15 minutes.

We got a good in-flight experience and on-board product, but a nightmare ground experience (missed plane due to TAP, no assistance what-so-ever to premium customers, 4h+ in line to book a new ticket in Portela). Had to wait three days to get all our bagage at our end destination (IAD) due to no communication between the airline's staff. Will definitely avoid this airline in the future.

TAP is an airline that charges premium prices for service below the standards of Easyjet. Lisbon Airport as their home is a disgrace and a third world facility of thirty years ago.

Over four sectors in business class I found the crew completely disinterested and they had an air that passengers were just an inconvenience to their social lives at work.

It's not an airline I will be flying with any time in the future.

TAP should not offer a business seat in a route which departing airport has no fast track and no lounge, and when the plane has no business seat. This is not fair.

First boarding people without any trolleys. Results in full bins with bagpacks and coats. No space for trolleys when pax with trolleys are finaly allowed to board. Strange!

Both flight were delayed for over 2 hours. No reasons for delay, no coupon.

Service on board is mediocre.

Depois do voo original ser cancelado e ser encaixado em um para 8 horas depois o aviao ainda deu problema em uma das portas onde tivemos um atraso de mais de uma(1) hora para poder decolar, sendo assim tive o atraso para chegar em Roma e por conta disso perdi o onibus que tinha previsto para Perugia e tambem perdi o ultimo trem por sorte consegui um onibus as 23:35 onde cheguei na cidade as 1:50 da manha sendo que o previsto era para as 17hs

TAPs customer service is straight out of hell. Their website introduced a mistake to the booking as it confused two last names and to sort that mistake out at their front desk I had to pay 50? to change three charakters of the last name, which also is the maximum they will let you change at all. Almost had to buy a whole new ticket. This used up all the voucher I had left from my first flight with TAP, that I was given to make up for them delaying my flight and then providing me with a seat worse that what I had booked. Never will I fly with TAP again.

TAP stinks.
While closing their lounge for ?maintenance? (no work crews visible), they offered nothing instead, not even bottled water. Very poor service for folks paying high airfares to get extra services.

If tap could have been late for their own funeral they would have missed it by two days.boarding on this wonderful European airline took more than 2 hours and by the time we got to our first stop in Lisbon for our connecting flight to Tenerife they kicked us off that flight even though that flight hadnt left yet, also late by over 2 hours. in typical delayed tap fashion they put us on a flight 30 hours later and we missed our destination by about 53 hours. I can't wait to never fly that airline again.
