First time on SAS Plus, seat 1F bulkhead with a little more knee room. Light meal served which as very nice and filling. Pity water heater was not working so not hot beverages could be served

Air Nostrum is the worst I?ve ever flown, no doubt. Old aircraft, old cabin. Seats are dirty, and spanish crew giving no information to pax. I hope SAS gets rid of this operator asap! Pilots taxied fast by rushing to the runway, no interest in the comfort of the pax. Same when we arrived in Gdansk. While in the air, abrupt manoeuvers when they banked the a/c. The way they handled the aircraft flying manually was frightening. As an EASA ATPL-student and pilot from the USA, I will easily admit I was afraid of flying for the first time in my life. We cancelled our homebound flight with SAS because of Air Nostrum, and ended up flying Norwegian back home.

Cityjet is a great operator for SAS. They do an outstanding job, just like they do at the main carrier. Their CRJ?s are up-to-date. New interior. Almost brand new aircraft.

A320neo seats are unbearable and awful. Very limited reclined, busy class seats same as economy seats, not even a blocked middle seat. Don't waste you money to fly SAS short haul business class, just a meal, more points and lounge access only.

Although the flight was delayed, SAS was extremely quick to pay the compensation (also very straightforward process). Experience on biard was also nice, with coffee and tea being served

SAS in general, I had no problems with. But on this flight with SE-RER, I was quite dissapointed. The inside of the plane(the seats mostly), were dirty and gross. The area I sat in smelled like alcohol, and the seats were sticky and the bag for puking were not emptied out.

This is my thrid time to choose SK. I don't judge the oldest A340. Everything are good except the FA provide the meal, my friend who don't eat beef. I know they have another choice but that FA told my friend go galley to take the meal by herself. I don't believe FA do that, right?

One hour delay. waiting for late arrivals to Oslo. 100 passengers had to wait one hour for another 20 - 30 to save costs to SAS, while SAS wasted 1 hour for 100 persons........nasty way of making profit

SAS royally screwed up and screwed me off of my purchased business-class tickets during a cancellation they had caused, rebooking me to this flight and degrading my tickets. When requesting to remain on my business-class status, to solve the matter right away they refused. Both at counter, support-desk as well as in-flight.
Had to continue fighting compensation via emails later on, several times.

Flew 2 flights at one day (TOS-TRD-OSL). The first airplane was great, new interior (guess upgraded in 2016-2017) and friendly crew as always. The other flight, older interior (guessing early 2000s style), but still comfortable. The crew was very friendly on both flights. A common, expensive meny, like most airlines. In the new interiors, you can pay NOK 50 for WiFi, or get it free in SAS Plus or Eurobonus Gold and Dimond. I didn't get to test it, but overall two great flights with SAS.

One reliable carrier. Boarding OK or for SFO Excellent. Deplaining a bit slow sinve only one exit is used. WiFi worked excellent on westbound flight and not at all on eastbound. Flightcrew efficient and friendly. Almost never a no for answer.

The boarding was complete before scheduled time, the flight was supposed to take 1h exactly, and the pilot waited 20 minutes past STD with departing. Eventually the approach in CPH was extended due to traffic and we landed 20' past STA, making it hard for me to get to the connecting long haul flight. Moreover, gate advised for the connecting flight was incorrect.

WiFi available only to premium customers, otherwise paid a hefty price of 15 euros. The crew was very nice and helpful. Too small pitch of seats, though the seats themselves have nice ergonomic design. I wish there were unlimited complimentary drinks, wherever they are limited to one non-alcoholic serving throughout the flight. As a compensation to this a bottle of water is provided for everyone together with blanket and pillow.

The lady attending me was very rude, claiming to not understand me asking what they offer tonight (in her native Norwegian language), pointing at me so her helpful male colleague would help me. I have 9 years of living in Norway and no one ever has problems understanding me.
Besides it is nicer ways of dealing with it than immediate dismissal of the Customer.
She should look for another job, different industry to begin with.

Why offer TV shows if there is just 1 episode per show?

I've only good experiences with this airline. Friendly crew and new modern airplanes. Some of them have the modern interior. Not this flight, but when I flew with them last year my flight between Paris and Stockholm was canceled, and I was rebooked to Lufthansa business through Munich instead. That is what I call good service.

There is no SAS lounge and no signs to tell you where the lounge is. The flights to Oslo are scrolling both SK and SQ ( Singapore airlines )hence I followed the sign to SQ lounge...a long way underground to effectively another terminal. Unfortunately this in NOT where SAS flights depart from, as the Gate numbers come up very late, no option, with 3 others but to trudge back to the first terminal 2. This happens every day according to the girl in SQ lounge...mind blowingly stupid

the SAS plane is nice and newly designed A340. Huge space, nice entertainment devices, and free WiFi for business travellers. Good meal, but the service crew members are so lack of training with bad attitude. So arrogant, not friendly at all. The experience really sucks, even the equipments are top. You see, it is all about human being!

Flew on the New Kid on the block A330-300 two times lately and liked it! Clean new Cabin and very friendly crew! The Entertainment system was okay, not that many movies to watch..
I would advise to spend some money on an upgrade to SAS Economy Plus, not expensive but a great deal! bigger screens, better seats, nicer cabin, more space!
