Ryanair is not the best low-cost flight for many reasons. It's new luggage regulations are too strict and forces you to get the priority.

Ryanair, the definite last gasp choice for travel, if you value your time and your sanity.
Hordes of self-entitled being loud and pushy, hard-selling staff, and really poor customer service.
The price does not make up for the hassle.

Probabilmente la peggior compagnia aerea... Gli assistenti di volo Ryanair sembra che vadano a lezione di maleducazione e cio e piu vero per il personale italiano, che spicca all'interno della compagnia come il piu burbero, maldisposto e poco professionale. La peggior compagnia aerea di sempre... Ma il personale di volo va a scuola di maleducazione? Soprattutto gli assitenti di volo italiani spiccano per essere burberi e maldisposti. E lo dico da italiano!!!

A very good airline for the value of money. The crew were a bit irritable and not all were very friendly, but they'd have had many flights and I didn't interact with the crew, so it didn't matter. Boarding was easy and disembarkation also. No entertainment of wifi

If there are minus points, I would give the maximum negative possible. IT WAS THE WORST FLIGHT EVER IN MY LIFE! Delay 24 hours, complete disinformation, staff was like kids from special school sent for an internship fot the first time in their lives. How can you pass very important information to just a few people, while everybody should know it? How can you arrange hotel so late, when it was sure a few hours before that we will not fly? How can you arrange hotel and NOT INFORM hotel that a large group is going to arrive. What for were you waking us up at 5 a.m. for a flight at 8:45, if the real departure time was scheduled for 11:40??? What was the idea of asking coach driver to drive us around for 50 minutes if hotel is located just 20 minutes away from the airport? Some books about Holocaust describe a similar way of treating people!

Ryanair. Boarding was ver very bad.. also flight crew was very bad. And if you wanted to ask them something they will say you that they dont know.. I am not saying anything about services and entertainment..-_- Also WiFi is not on Ryanair.

Boarding at the Malaga gate was chaotic, ?Boarding? disappeared off the gate screen (30) even though none had happened. Suddenly it showed the Gate departure for East Midlands, no communication from Ryanair desk staff, turned out we were boarding the opposite gate!

Usual Ryanair crap experience.

Landing was extremely hard and fast, not a pleasant experience.

Crew were late so we left 3 hours after scheduled departure time.

Bought a 2 cabin bags extra... cabin crew fought with me to take BOTH my backpack and my hand band under the seat because they had to make food for the larger hand luggage. Basically because I prefer a backpack to something with wheels that makes me loose my spot on the overhead locker. Even though I had a ticket that gave me that right. Ridiculous. Cabin crew was awful and pushed my bag around, squished it in between others... i had fragile items in it and was pure luck they didn?t break.
Always favor easyJet to Ryanair flying low cost because of staff.
It?s not the first time I have problems with Ryanair cabin crew

1. 15 minutes waiting at the Tarmac. Freezing. (priority boarding)
2. Wrong charge for my suitcase 58 EUR instead of 40 EUR. I am still waiting for the refund.
3. 1 hour waiting for my suitcase on arrival.

Never flew with Ryanair before and not sure I will again tbh. The baggage allowance on board and priority boarding. What?s all that about. The planes are small and felt like we were all crammed in. We experienced turbulence both going and coming back and it was horrid. The cabin crew were amazing and the pilots did an amazing job.

My first flight with Ryanair was from BTS to London Stansted. On this flight was the best aircraft landing what i ever had. Flight crew were only men, i guess gays :D service was expensive. I will go with ryanair again :)

It's Ryanair, you pay for what you get, and in this case, the price was a joke. But I do remember the flight attendants being particularly nice on this flight. Boarding was chaos though

very bad staff and dirty planes. ryanair did not meet my standards at all. i 100percent discourage anyone from flying with them. even though they get u there cheaply. if u dont like annoying people, dont fly ryanair

The cabin had a nice smell, that's the only good thing of Ryanair. Very harsh landing as usual (even though it was raining and windy at PGF) and no legroom

A normal Ryanair experience, waiting outside the aircraft for 15 minutes to board, quite pricey inflight meals, reasonably priced duty free. But all the crew seem to be from Eastern Europe and one crew couldn?t even speak English or German so she was basically useless to anyone who want Romanian.

Sorry, but the announcements in English should really be made by someone who you can understand. It is only as a frequent flyer I knew what was happening. I appreciate I do not speak many languages, but for safety relevant information, it must be made clearly.

We had to de- plane and re- board another aircraft due to ours becoming unserviceable. The captain kept us well informed throughout and tried to make time as much as possible.

Ryanair are usually very good however on this occasion there were delays and the staff didn't seem to handle this well as they rushed everyone through the gate but left us queuing for some time. It would have been better to leave people sitting and open the gate closer to the time the plane was ready for boarding. I like Ryanair and fly with them frequently so this was disappointing.

Check in crew of Ryanair wasn't too helpful. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes to check in my luggage, despite there were 7 of them. I was in hurry, but couldn't receive needed help.

For a cheap flight this really isn?t bad, I had the old cabin the seats were very comfy but personal space was very low, cabin crew weren?t the most polite or helpful people. There was no WiFi or entertainment onboard but the food/drink selection was good as well as the duty free.

Flight 2 hours delayed. Both aft toilets out of service. 189 passengers and 1 toilet. Fasten seat belt sign lit during trolley service with no turbulence what so ever to prevent people from using the only toilet. Treated like animals.

Flug wurde nach Prag umgeleitet. das Wetter... Die Passagiere wurden mit Bussen nach Krakau transportiert. 8Std Fahrt !!! Angeblich ist das Flugzeug nach dem Auftanken leer nach Krakau geflogen... = Service von Ryanair.
