Marquei minha volta errado com 1 mes para frente. Outra passagem de minha esposa marcada para este dia. Sao insensiveis. Nao me ajudaram.
Mas eles puderam atrasar o voo em mais de uma hora e fazer eu perder o horario da conexao.

This Airline is a disaster - redirected due to weather and not even a food voucher, lounge access or passcode for airport wifi on arrival. Hostess was checking their Facebook while we boarded. When the plane redirected, it took 20 minutes before they explained what was going on.

6 hour delay, because technical issues, they had to change the plane, avianca handle the situation appropiately giving vouchers for food and info to the passengers

It's astonishing to find crew members that don't speak english on an international flight ! And that was most of the crew members that spoke only spanish, shameful !

Wonderful and polite crew. Newer plane. On demand video, but limited selection. No WiFi available, but then again, I never use it on flights. Power outlet at every seat. This was my first flight in the Boeing 787. Smooth and flawless flight.

The service was terrible, we were served only a little juice, nothing to eat. And to top it all they stole us the air miles, they did not allow us to credit them when the rate allowed. Bad airline, I will never fly with them again. They charge as if it were Emirates and the service is poorer than in a lowcost airline.

Most probably the worst experience with a South American airline. Very confusing checkin, rude staff at the boarding gate and even more rude at the aircraft. Only one tiny meal for 11:30 hours flight. Would never choose it again.

Avianca destroyed my laguage. One off the wheels was completely off and lost.
I got very angry because they told they are never responsilble for any damage and maybe they could help to repare the damage but only by courtesy.
NEVER TRAVEL WITH AVIANCA!!!!
They do not feel RESPONSIBLE for anything!!! They can destroy you laguage, lose the passanger or anything can happen and they do NOT FEEL OBLIDGED TO OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING.
AVIANCA NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

The airplane was clean, nice and comfortable seats with VOD, the rush hour in the morning made a delay of the flight, as it was a short 1 hour flight we received a drink and a hot snack, not bad for breakfast.

As Avianca is the second oldest civil air traffic company in the world oldest is KLM so have to keep up expectations and services.but not all flight go on time due to all kinds of reasons.
flying with the A330 is great and next half year 2015 flights will be with the new 787-8 dreamliner what i heard great to fly with.

It's a very nice airline. Nice staff, brand-new aircraft and outstanding in-flight entertainment system. The leg space is larger than average. Strongly recommended for flights across Latin America. Expect some slight delays in some routes due to bad weather at its main hub (Bogota's ElDorado Intntl)

Overall an nice company, but the lines for check-in and boarding in GRU were huge, as there are much people who use Avianca to travel to USA, Mexico and the Caribbean (when i was heading to immigration in BOG i saw the long queue growing up quickly on the hallway taking to International Connections). Despite those problems the flight was good, the crew was polite and the entretainment on board was very good. I just thought they could have been faster on the check-in and boarding process.
