My suitcase was left in the baggage claim area, unattended, just standing next to the conveyor belt. It was like that when I got there. Everything else was fine, though, and luckily nothing bad came out of the baggage confusion.

The new International Maple Leaf Lounge is gorgeous, with loads of different seating areas, self-serve food and beverages as well as a bar and a hot food station preparing fresh meals. Very comfortable and pleasant surroundings.

It took us 45 minutes to get from downtown to the airport, the wifi sucks you have to re-sign in every 15 minutes and baggage claim took around 40 minutes
