- Extra long queue for checking in my luggage
- paid fast track security check took 10 mins
- had to walk and to be waited outside a lot in cold and wind for boarding the plane

Good airport but the facilities were not so adequate, airport doesn't have a metro connectivity which is minus.

The immigration staff was really unfriendly, and he was rude with the foreigners specially. Bad thing to see that these type of staff is the first point of contact for the foreigners arriving in our contry.
