Brisbane airport is amazing for International flights.I fly overseas every year and without a doubt , Brisbane is always getting better.Flights do get delayed quite a bit. Still an amazing airport

Brisbane International airport is easy to access with multiple transport options to get there and good pick up and drop off facilities. The departures hall is large and signage is good. Free wifi is available however I did not use it. There are many food and retail outlets to choose from before and after immigration.

It might be difficult to get to the airport if you're approaching from the North East ( Maroochydore etc..)

Immigration and customs are always a hassle in Australia as it's quit complicated and the lines are/ can be very long.

The rest of the facilities with the exception of the WIFI is very reasonable.

This was my first time using BNE International. Very east terminal to use and found the transit area to check baggage through to our next flight to be wonderful.

Inter-terminal bus ride acceptable

Security was very slow

Terminal was over-shopped

Food I ordered took almost 25 minutes to come....but I had to eat there because...

The lounge was closed for redevelopment and so Qantas were only offering a food voucher for $30. This has to be spent at one venue with no change - would have been far better to offer 2x$15 vouchers. Might even save them money when people only redeem 1

Immigration was a bun fight. Auto-gates were too few and overcrowded with many people strolling past them then realizing what they were and doubling back which caused no end of confusion. Having said that the queues for the photo recognition gates were non-existent.
Signage for exiting was appallingly bad

My home airport so know it well. If you know your way around it flows very well with simple design. New Virgin lounge is outstanding, although the food choices are a little light compared to Qantas Club. Check in online to save long queues, especially on Monday mornings

Checked in for a 6.30am flight at 4.30am. Security did not open until 5.00am. Waited in security lines while all the airport staff were let in before everyone else. No cafes open land or airside until 5.30am.

The queue after baggage claim was 300 people long. Very slow processing, perhaps there was industrial action. No announcements, no marshalling. Immigration/customs staff were very polite, but a queue of 300 after claiming baggage and at 8.30am is not a way to welcome visitors to Brisbane or to welcome you home. Brisbane really needs to lift its game - even Sydney is better

Brisbane is an airport I commonly pass through, and very rarely does it fail to impress me, the facilities, cleanliness are really good. Flights are usually on time and commuting to and from the airport and arriving and departing on flights is always a smooth operation. It will be even better when terminal upgrades are complete.

Dubai airport is a beast airport in the world. Emirates inside environment is very relaxable. the crew staff is very good. refreshment is not good but we suggest to Emirates service center please take action about refreshment matter. at last travel of Emirates is peacefull for other airlines.I PROUD TO BE A PAKISTAN.

Very poor terminal facilities with very limited power sockets available for charging. WiFi service is patchy and not free (beyond the 50MB/3 hour). The service beyond the free quota is also not reasonably priced. The trains/bus to the city does not run 24 hours (stops at 10pm), and there's no shuttle service from the airport to SkyGate (the closest shopping precinct to the airport) that runs after 6pm, eventhough there is a Woolsworth which is open 24hours.

Desperately needs another runway. Every time I come here there are delays. Terminal is ok, but not many food options. New design for the roads in is really poor, and quite confusing. Virgin lounge is ok, but food options not as good as the Qantas Business lounge. Generally very quick for baggage.
