WiFi was non existent other than that everything else was great. I recommend the Whalburgers restaurant in T1 in the US departures

Customs line for Transborder at Terminal 1 is terrible. It is not uncommon to wait for over 2 hours in line for security and customs. Plan to arrive at the airport at least 3.5 hours before your flight.

Pearson has the slowest baggage claim system on the planet and they typically put all of the baggage on one carousel. Best to not check luggage when flying here.
