If you have an old photo in your passport, you will be queued for 40 minutes. The fact is that at the airport of Ben Gureon installed biometric machines for customs control. You need to take off your glasses, a hat, etc. You will be photographed and will be given an exit visa. BUT if you have a old photo and the computer couldn?t recognize you... Then you have to stand in the queued for 40 minutes to get to the live customs officer. That is, ONLY ONE CUSTOMS WORKS for the entire departure area !!!

After an interview immigration tells you'll get your passport in a few minutes and they keep you waiting in a small room for over an hour. Not pleasant welcome experience.
